| Relocation for poverty alleviation and relocation is a pioneering initiative in my country’s development-style poverty alleviation,and it is also the primary battle for poverty alleviation.It can effectively help the poor to "move out from a poor place,completely get rid of poverty at the root of it".The relocation and resettlement work in Guizhou Province has been basically completed,but how to deal with the contracted land of relocated households? Optimizing the disposal of contracted land resources is of great significance to the successful completion of the relocation project for poverty alleviation and relocation.Exploring the motivations behind the disposal of contracted land by relocated farmers,and combining the actual cases in the interviews to discover effective ways to optimize the disposal of contracted land.This is to stabilize the current situation of relocation and resettlement of farmers,safeguard the legal property rights of farmers,improve the happiness index of farmers,and grasp the high quality A key step in the follow-up support for poverty alleviation and relocation.This article uses the survey data of 361 relocated households in four resettlement sites in Guizhou Province to discuss the selection of contracted land disposal methods for relocated rural households for poverty alleviation.Using the disordered multi-category Logistic model,from the three dimensions of individual,family,and society,the regression analysis of 12 indicators that may affect the choice of the disposal method of contracted land by relocated farmers is carried out.The results of the study show that:(1)The relocated rural households in the sample resettlement sites have the highest proportion of choosing transferable contracted land,accounting for about 39.06%,but there are still 29.64% of poor households who continue to retain land use rights after relocation and choose to cultivate by themselves;(2)The distance between the relocation site and the original contracted land,non-agricultural income and the degree of understanding of land policies are all significant factors affecting the transfer of contracted land for ex-situ poverty alleviation and relocation of rural households;the main factors that prompt the relocated households to decide to abandon the wasteland are only the difference between the relocated land and the contracted land.Important factors for resettlement farmers to choose arable land are mainly the age of the head of the household,the physical condition of the head of the household,and the economic development level of the resettlement site.Finally,based on the results of the empirical analysis,combined with the actual case analysis collected at the relocation resettlement site,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions for the disposal of the contracted land of the relocated poor households are put forward. |
