Research On Cooperative Participation Mechanism Of Multiple Subjects In Promoting The Employment Of Resetted Poverty-stricken Households

Relocation of poverty alleviation through land transfer is an important method of poverty alleviation and development in China at the present stage.The most important means to realize this goal is to solve the problem of poverty alleviation.In order to solve the problem of poverty alleviation,there is a current situation of cooperative participation and joint promotion of the government,enterprises,social organizations,poverty alleviation and relocation households,etc.,but there are some problems in their cooperative participation,especially the existing cooperative participation mechanism,which to some extent affects the employment promotion of poverty alleviation and relocation households.Based on the network governance theory,this paper takes the relocation of yidi poverty alleviation in tianyang county,guangxi as the research sample.Through field research,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the composition,role positioning,cooperative participation mode and mechanism of the cooperation participants in the employment promotion of the labor force in yidi poverty alleviation and relocation in tianyang county.Won by tianyang to poverty alleviation shops and employment promotion of each participation main body status in the analysis,points out the difficulties existing in the cooperation to participate in and the reasons,and put forward the perfect change of poverty alleviation shops and employment promotion in the multiple main body participation mechanism countermeasures and Suggestions,including promoting cooperation in main body balanced development of the science,establishing effective cooperation in resources integration mechanism,perfect unity efficient communication and coordination mechanism,perfecting the cooperation to participate in the incentive mechanism and plural maintenance adjustment mechanism.These countermeasures and Suggestions are expected to effectively promote the employment and entrepreneurship of poverty-stricken households to move out of poverty and make contributions to building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
