the way of production and life.In line with the trend of The Times,the Chinese government has put forward the concept of "Internet + government services" in the public governance link.Human resources and social security departments in our country as an important department of the people’s livelihood,over the years,people club department does not forget beginner’s mind,keep in mind the mission,to protect and improve the livelihood of the people have done a lot of work,mainly from two aspects of government public management function,on the one hand is to speed up the employment,maintain stable labor relations,and perfecting the social security as the main body of the public service function;On the other hand,it is the function of public personnel management based on the management of public officials in institutions.Because people strong areas of social policy,business scope,traffic information,the accelerating "Internet + one club" application has become people club department enhance the level of public services,increase the satisfaction,realize the inevitable choice of high quality development,to achieve social undertakings,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development has very important significance.Guided by the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security firmly establishes the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly,and takes efforts to improve the satisfaction,sense of gain and happiness of the people as the general keynote of its work.In order to speed up the construction of "Internet + e-government service",use "Internet +" people club department,big data and cloud computing,advanced thinking,change the traditional pattern of public service supply,improve innovation ability and service level,from the "social informatization"to "information society" to "Internet + club have done a lot of meticulous work,A new system of scientific,effective and convenient human and social services has been constructed,and remarkable results have been achieved.Due to the actual needs,the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security must further emancipate
