Research On Energy-saving Management Countermeasures Of Public Institutions In Panjin

Saving energy and protecting the environment is related to the future of all mankind.To realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,my country regards the protection of the environment and energy conservation as a basic national policy.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China holds that "adhering to the harmony between man and nature" is the party’s initiative to uphold and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new period.General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly put forward at various conferences that "green water green mountain is gold mountain and silver mountain "."The concept of environmental protection.This requires us to "appropriate and use sparingly" of natural resources,and carry out energy conservation and environmental protection actions across the country.As a part of the national energy conservation work,public institutions should not only actively carry out energy conservation,but also play an exemplary and leading role,leading the entire society in energy conservation and emission reduction.Scientific and effective management methods are the key to the smooth progress of energy conservation in public institutions.In recent years,Panjin has also taken the opportunity of establishing a national-level public institution demonstration unit to actively carry out energy conservation work in public institutions,and has achieved good results.However,with the continuous changes in institutional reforms,Panjin is still facing many problems in the energy conservation management of public institutions.Therefore,we must make every effort to promote the high-quality and efficient development of energy conservation in public institutions and make new contributions to the development of ecological civilization.Based on the actual situation of energy conservation in public institutions in Panjin City,this article systematically explains the connotation of energy conservation management in public institutions through literature analysis,survey research,comparative analysis and other research methods,and analyzes the energy resource consumption of Panjin City from 2015 to2019.Data,summarizing the achievements and experience of Panjin City in the energy-saving management of public institutions in recent years,and finding some problems in the energy-saving work of public institutions,such as the lack of awareness of government management departments,insufficient technical support for energy consumption statistics,and public institutions The management system has not yet been formed,the relevant systems and regulations are not perfect,and the market-oriented operation needs to be deepened.Based on the actual situation in Panjin,targeted countermeasures and suggestions are proposed,that is,to improve the energy-saving management system of public institutions,to introduce market-oriented operating mechanisms for public institution management,Strengthening the collaborative governance of energy-saving management of public institutions,scientifically establishing the performance evaluation system of public institutions,increasing energy-saving publicity and training of energy-saving talents have put forward specific suggestions,which have practical significance for the study of energy-saving management of public institutions in Panjin City.
