Study On Community Elderly Care Service For The Elderly Living Alone In Hefei

At present,due to the deepening of the aging society in China,the number of elderly people is increasing day by day,which has brought unprecedented challenges to the entire elderly care service system.As a special group of the elderly,how to solve their pension problems and secure their retirement has become the focus of the society.Under the background of severe aging,it is very urgent to explore a community elderly care service system that can not only meet the needs of elderly people living alone,but also can adapt to the current situation.This paper takes the community elderly care seryice as the reserch object,this paper adopts the methods of survey questionnaires,visits,and literature research,and adopts a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to systematically analyze the elderly living alone.Systematic analysis of the three aspects of the needs of the elderly living alone for daily care,medical care and spiritual comfort: the study found that the needs of the elderly living alone are not very large in terms of daily care;but the overall needs of medical care are relatively large,specifically,there is a large demand for accompanying medical care,and for Medication guidance and regular inspections need to account for more than half of the population;the elderly living alone have the greatest demand for spiritual comfort,and most need chatting to relieve boredom.Then compare and analyze the needs of the elderly living alone and the elderly not living alone,and find out the differences between the two groups in the demand for community elderly care services.It is found that the elderly living alone do not have great demand for daily life care,but have the greatest difference in the demand for spiritual comfort.The elderly living alone need spiritual comfort more than other elderly people.There are also some differences in medical and nursing needs,and the elderly living alone need medical and nursing needs more than the elderly not living alone.Then,from the perspective of the lack of community pension services and organization,we can find out the reasons for the lack of community pension services.Then,through the understanding of community-based elderly care services,it is found that there is a mismatch between supply and demand in the provision of elderly care services in the community,and the lack of targeted services for the elderly living alone,and analyzes the reasons from the perspectives of government,community,and social organizations.The government should play a leading role and encourage multi-party participation.Then,by learning from experience at home and abroad,we can obtain experience such as establishing and improving the community elderly care service system.Then,through the analysis of the community elderly care service model of the elderly living alone in typical countries or provinces at home and abroad,we get the experience of establishing and perfecting the community elderly care service system,the government should play a leading role and encourage multi-party participation.Finally,from the perspective of welfare pluralism,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of government,community and non-governmental organizations.
