Research On The Combination Of Training And Management In The New Era

The combination of military training and management is an old topic,but a new one.On the one hand,training and management in different periods have different connotations,extensions and business work,which affect the content changes of training and management integration;on the other hand,the army in different periods is facing different development background,situation,tasks and objectives,and there are great changes in the degree,effect and objectives of training and management integration.At present,the development of our country has entered a new era,and the reform of strengthening the army has entered a new journey.The establishment of the training management department at the level of the Military Commission organs has released the signal and determination of the combination of training and management at the upper level.It also reflects that the current situation of the combination of training and management can no longer meet the needs of military construction and development.The combination of training and management is good,it is helpful;the combination is bad,it is resistance,its performance is what we often call training and management disconnection,training and management conflict.From the current research literature and practice of the combination of training and management,the inappropriate theoretical basis and analysis tools lead to incomplete understanding,incomplete understanding and easy blindness in action.Therefore,in the process of writing,this paper does not directly focus on specific measures for a specific problem,but first from the perspective of grasping the basic principles,using systematic scientific methods to analyze the combination of training and management in many aspects,in order to deepen the understanding.A deep understanding of the connotation and essence of the combination of training and management is of great benefit to the construction of a scientific theoretical framework and a rational action plan,and is also an urgent and necessary research at present.To sum up,the research on the integration of military training and management is at the macro level,focusing on the future development and paying attention to the basic theory.Starting from grasping the basic principles,this paper analyses the historical evolution and the relationship between principles of the combination of training and management,and tries to construct a framework for the analysis of the combination of military training and management by using system theory and organizational theory in order to deepen the understanding.Its basic purpose is not to put forward specific countermeasures,but to put forward a new thinking and method of analyzing problems,which lays the foundation for further research.
