Research On The Building Of Organized Capability Of Rural Primary Party Organizations In The New Era

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)proposed that "we should focus on improving the organizational strength and strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations." Organizational force is the embodiment of organizational vitality.As the organizational foundation of the Communist Party of China,the rural grass-roots party organizations are like the capillaries and nerve endings in the human body.They are the foundation of the Communist Party of China and the strong battle fortress for publicizing the party’s ideas,implementing the party’s decisions,leading grass-roots governance,uniting and mobilizing the masses,and promoting rural reform and development.Its organizational strength is directly related to the party’s creativity,cohesion,combat effectiveness,leadership,appeal,and the effective implementation of the Rural Revitalization Strategy.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,historical research and investigation.By clarifying the basic concepts and related basic theories of rural grass-roots party organizations,the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations and the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations,combined with the background of the new era,this paper expounds the importance of strengthening the construction of the organizational power of rural grass-roots party organizations.Through consulting materials and field research,this paper analyzes the achievements and problems of the construction of the organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era.On this basis,the paper puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of enhancing the political leadership,self innovation,development driving force,social appeal,ideological guidance,organizational coverage and comprehensive governance of rural grass-roots party organizations.The article is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.This paper mainly describes the background and research significance of the topic,research status at home and abroad,research ideas and research methods,existing shortcomings and innovation.The second part,basic concepts and theoretical basis.By clarifying the connotation of the basic concepts and combing the relevant theories,we can lay a solid foundation for the following research.The third part,the importance of strengthening the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era,mainly from four aspects.The fourth part is the analysis of the current situation of the construction of the organizational power of the rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era.It mainly analyzes the achievements and problems of the construction of the organizational power of the rural grass-roots party organizations,and further analyzes the reasons for the problems.The fifth part,the new era to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organizations countermeasures,in view of the existing problems,mainly from six aspects.It is hoped that this study can enrich the research on the organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations,bring some enlightenment and provide some reference for the practice of strengthening the construction of the organizational strength of rural grass-roots party organizations in the new era.
