| With the development of the economy,the improvement of people’s living standards and the arrival of the era of information explosion,the people’s demands for government work are getting higher and higher.In particular,county-level and primary-level governments with relatively complete departments have to implement higher-level policies and reasonably resolve the contradictions among the people.For a period of time,the transition from a management-oriented government to a service-oriented government is the direction of our work efforts.The construction of a service-oriented government is inseparable from the Job involvement of government civil servants.At the same time,we advocate the high efficiency and high intensity of “not staying overnight,just fighting for the day”.At the same time,we are affected by the multiple leaders who have become the norm,the unclear duties caused by the work cross,the traditional concept of work priority,and the double load of the working family.At present,civil servants at county-level government departments have experienced a decline in work input,which has affected work efficiency.Therefore,how to improve the Job involvement of civil servants at county level is an urgent problem for the grassroots government at the county level.Through combing the relevant theories and research results at home and abroad,this paper finds that there is a correlation between role pressure and work-family conflict and Job involvement.Based on this,a theoretical model of role pressure,work-family conflict and work input is constructed.Taking the civil servants of the Jidong District Government as the research object,three comparative maturity scale questionnaires were selected to measure the Job involvement,role pressure and work-family conflict level of the civil servants of the Jidong District Government.Through questionnaire survey,168 valid data were collected using SPSS Statistic 20.0 software for descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,one-way ANOVA and independent sample T test.Through in-depth interviews,we can further understand the status of civil servant work inputs with different demographic differences,explore the factors affecting Job involvement,and further supplement the results of questionnaire data analysis.The results of statistical analysis show that in the civil servants of the Jidong District government,the level of dedication and concentration is at a medium-high level,and the level of vitality is lower than that of the other two dimensions.There is a general situation that the role pressure is too high and the work interferes with the family level.Among them,role pressure has a significant impact on Job involvement,and work-family conflict has no obvious impact on Job involvement.Based on the above conclusions,it is proposed to rationally allocate post resources,prepare job descriptions,implement assessment and reward systems,strengthen training,implement flexible work system,pay attention to civil servant family life,timely supplement young civil servants and flexibly allocate human resources,etc.The work of the district government civil servants. |
