Research On The Countermeasures Of The Group Incidents Caused By Stakeholder Economic Crimes For City Xinghua

In recent years,with the establishment and improvement of the socialist market economic system,the momentum of economic development is strong,and the income of residents is increasing,but at the same time,there are also various disorders that are not conducive to the construction of the socialist market economy,which is manifested by the number of mass incidents and the number of participants are on the rise year by year.With the increasing number of cases,people involved and the amount of money involved,the economic crimes targeting unspecified groups have gradually become the focus of the government,media and the public.Many mass incidents are caused by the economic interests of the victims of the economic crimes involving the masses,but they cannot recover the losses,which not only infringes on the vital interests of the masses,but also seriously endangers the market economic order and social harmony and stability.How to prevent and respond to mass incidents,solve problems and resolve conflicts has always been a hot topic in the field of public management.In such a situation,strengthening the construction of coordination mechanism between various departments,preventing and gradually resolving mass incidents caused by mass economic crimes in advance,is the problem we need to face and properly solve in the process of actively building a harmonious socialist society.This article is guided by management related theories.Taking City Xinghua as the main research object,on the basis of consulting literature,case studies and questionnaire surveys,we further sort out the domestic research literature on mass incidents caused by stakeholder economic crimes,and conduct questionnaire surveys for different social groups.Go to relevant departments to conduct research and consult the instructor,relevant experts,and department leaders.On this basis,this paper analyzes the current situation of the practice of mass incidents caused by crowd-related economic crimes in Xinghua City,and finds out the problems existing in Xinghua City in the process of governance of mass-related incidents caused by crowd-related economic crimes,including the power of the main body of governance Insufficient,the governance mechanism needs to be improved urgently,the governance concept is relatively old,and the governance work is more difficult.And one by one,we will deeply explore the root causes of the problems,and at the same time refer to the advanced practices of Kunshan City,Suzhou City and Hailing District,Taizhou City,and propose effective governance strategies,including optimizing the team structure of governance subjects,establishing and improving collaborative governance mechanisms,innovating governance concepts.and enriching and improving the governance means.
