As China accelerates the reform and Optimization in the political field,public institutions,as a unique institutional form in China,have received extensive attention from all walks of life.In the process of the reform of public institutions,public welfare institutions are not only the focus of the reform of public institutions,but also an important direction of the reform is to further promote the matching of people and posts,activate the vitality of posts,the work enthusiasm of post personnel,and promote the improvement of quality and efficiency of public welfare institutions.LiaoThis study focuses on the problem of person post matching after the institutional integration of provincial public welfare institutions,and tries to solve this problem from multiple angles and aspects by using person post matching theory,new public management theory and competency theory,so as to provide help for the follow-up work of institutional integration of provincial public welfare institutions in Liaoning Province,In particular,it focuses on providing solutions for the aftermath of the personnel post matching of public welfare institutions directly under Liaoning Province after institutional integration and improving the work performance of public institutions.By means of thorough investigation,analysis and research and experience reference,this paper has successively explored the personnel reform of schools and grass-roots medical units in the stage of compulsory education,in order to do a good job in the matching of people and posts in public welfare institutions.Through unremitting efforts,the person post matching effect of public welfare institutions directly under Liaoning Province is obvious,and has made its own contribution to promoting the thorough reform and efficient operation of regional institutions.However,there are still some problems around the complex interests of public welfare institutions after integration,high difficulty of reform,great resistance to reform and unclear results.Based on the above problems,taking Liaoning Province as an example,this paper increases the research on the person post matching of public welfare institutions.Based on the significance,current situation,problems,causes and Countermeasures of person post matching in public welfare institutions after institutional integration,this paper explores the countermeasures to continuously improve and enhance the level and effect of person post matching in public welfare institutions directly under Liaoning Province.The first part analyzes the background and significance of the topic,and discusses the specific content of person post matching in public welfare institutions;The second part analyzes and explains the concept and design of this research;The third part is about the current situation,existing problems and cause analysis of single post matching of public welfare undertakings directly under Liaoning Province after institutional integration;The fourth part discusses the development countermeasures of person post matching in public welfare institutions.The fifth part is the conclusion and prospect,which summarizes the main contents of this study and prospects the future research.
