A Study On The CPC’s Foreign Exchanges During The New Democratic Revolution

During the new democratic revolution,the CPC’s foreign exchanges,as a part of the new democratic revolution,always played a unique role in national independence and people’s liberation.In the 28 years of changeable foreign exchange practice,facing the differences in specific situations and strategic tasks at different stages,the Communist Party of China has formulated different foreign work policies according to the Marxist theory of inter party relations and its national conditions.It has not only established good relations with the Communist parties,international organizations and international friends of many countries in the world,but also dealt with the capitalist government and achieved a series of foreign exchange results.By combing the foreign exchange activities of the Communist Party of China during the new democratic revolution,this paper analyzes its principles,characteristics and reference value for the Communist Party of China to carry out characteristic party diplomacy and great power diplomacy in the new era.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,logical analysis and historical analysis to study this topic,which is composed of introduction and four chapters,as follows:First,it combs the background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation of this topic.Second,the formation and development of the party’s foreign exchanges during the new democratic revolution.This part first analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of the CPC’s foreign exchanges during the new democratic revolution.Secondly,according to the change of the party’s foreign exchange strategy and the change of the focus of the exchange object at that time,the new democratic revolution period is divided into four stages: the great revolution period,the agrarian revolution period,the comprehensive war of resistance against Japan and the war of liberation,and summarizes the historical progress of the party’s foreign exchange during the whole new democratic revolution period.Third,the object of the party’s foreign exchanges during the new democratic revolution.This part combs the objects of the Communist Party of China’s foreign exchanges from four aspects: political parties,international organizations,capitalist governments and international friends,studies the contents,methods and nature of communication activities,and deepens the understanding of the relationship between the party and the objects of communication in this period.Fourth,the characteristics and principles of the party’s foreign exchanges during the new democratic revolution.Closely focusing on the ways and purposes of the CPC’s foreign exchanges during the new democratic revolution,this paper summarizes the characteristics of foreign exchanges during this period,and summarizes the basic principles that the Chinese Communists uphold in foreign exchanges.Fifth,the achievements and Enlightenment of the party’s foreign exchanges during the new democratic revolution.This part summarizes a series of achievements of the CPC’s foreign exchanges during the new democratic revolution,and analyzes the reference significance of the CPC’s foreign exchanges in this period to the CPC’s characteristic party diplomacy and great power diplomacy in the new era.
