Under the new situation,strengthening the training of trade union cadres will help trade union organizations better perform their basic duties,strengthen their own construction,and actively respond to the expectations of the workers and the masses.It is an important organizational guarantee for the implementation of the reform of the central mass organizations.Accordingly,It is of great significance to study training of trade union cadres.This research on strategic human resource development theory,modern adult learning theory,curriculum theory,training theory as the theoretical basis,on the basis of widely consult relevant literature both at home and abroad,using case analysis,questionnaire and interview method,the trade union cadre training present situation,the union cadre education training needs and training effect,And analyze the causes of existing problems.The study found that,first,the quality of the union cadres of the two dimensions of values and character,work ability,is particularly important.The comprehensive quality of the trade union cadres of different types,different trade union scales and different years is similar as a whole,and there are differences in the comprehensive quality of the trade union cadres of organs and public institutions and the trade union cadres of non-public enterprises.Secondly,there is a significant correlation between the training needs of trade union cadres and the types of trade union cadres,and there are certain differences among different types of trade union cadres.Thirdly,the age of union cadres has a significant influence on training satisfaction,the older the age,the higher the dissatisfaction;The factors of full-time and part-time jobs of union cadres have significant influence on training satisfaction.There is a positive correlation between education and training satisfaction of trade union cadres,achievement conversion rate and the degree of help to trade union work.There is a negative correlation between the satisfaction of the training of trade union cadres,the length of service of trade union cadres and the number of trade union members in their units.Fourth,there is a gap between the content demand and adaptability of the training of trade union cadres,and there is a gap between the training objectives and training effects.Fifth,the reasons for the problems in training are mainly the weak internal motivation of the union cadres,the larger resistance to learning,and the different learning methods;G college external factors and training ability;Adaptability of curriculum system.According to the above situation,this paper puts forward three suggestions:optimizing the curriculum system to improve the quality of trade union cadres;Optimize the training model based on the demand analysis and effect evaluation results of trade union cadres;Optimize the training management with the in-service learning characteristics of trade union cadres.
