Research On The Refinement Of Community Governance Under The Background Of Big Data ——Taking Taiyuan S Community As An Example

In recent years,with the impact of the development of science and technology on the life of community residents gradually deepened,the residents’ demand gradually presents the characteristic of individual and differentiation,community governance is becoming more and more complex.In order to resolve many contradictions in current community governance,community governance needs to be transformed into refinement.The refinement of community governance means to reshape the process and service of community governance from the details.And in the governance idea and the governance way carries on the innovation.It is an important innovation of the concept and mode of community governance,It is the important aspect that advances the community management ability to promote.The development of big data technology impels community governance to adopt digital and network governance mode,and promotes the intelligentization of governance process,which is the core of the new generation of information technology and has a "subversive" influence on the traditional community governance model,it is the technical background to promote the fine development of community governance,and provides rich and accurate information,smooth and efficient communication channels for the systematic realization of the fine community governance.Big Data Technology brings the development of informatization and intelligence.That plays a catalytic role in the refinement of community governance in a more scientific and standard way,to facilitate the achievement of the refinement goal.Even so there are still some difficulties in the refinement of community governance by using big data in concrete practice.The reasons for the difficulties are analyzed and the optimization paths are put forward,it provides a theoretical basis for promoting the refinement of community governance under the background of big data.This paper focuses on the refinement of community governance in the context of big data development,governance theory,fine management theory,digital governnce theory as the theoretical basis,using the method of literature research,this paper sorts out the existing studies on the refinement of community governance,by using the method of interview and questionnaire,this paper makes an deep analysis on the concrete measures,existing problems and reasons of the fine governance of the S community in Taiyuan under the background of big data.It is found that there are some problems in the S community,such as the low diversity of residents,the supply of community public service is insufficient,and the lack of effective interconnection of data and information platform.The main reason for these problems is the lack of new governance concept,insufficient investment of community resources and imperfect refinement system of community governance.On this basis,the paper puts forward the community to use big data to enhance the ability of governance refinement of the feasibility of recommendations: setting up new thinking,refine the community infrastructure,improve the level of service,improve the governance system,strengthen the construction of talent team,improve service awareness and precision service ability.
