Research On The Mechanism Of Fine Management Of Community In Wuhan

The report of the 19th National Congress puts forward that"the main contradiction in our society has been transformed into a contradiction between the people’s growing needs for a better life and the development of inadequate imbalances." This shows that although China’s economy has developed today,it still has development.As the smallest unit of residents’ life,the level of community development is related to the tangible interests of the masses.At present,there are many problems in the community,such as excessive load on the grassroots level and insufficient participation of the masses.These problems affect the living conditions of the community residents.If they are not dealt with in time,they will form a dilemma of governance.The main content of this paper is to study the model of refined governance of community in Wuhan,and to analyze its existing problems,aiming at the current situation of incomplete community service,unreasonable use of community space and unclear governance relationship.Starting from the framework,the paper analyzes the causes of problems from the conceptual,technical and institutional levels and gives corresponding countermeasures.The first part is the introduction of this paper,which mainly proposes the problems of community governance,clarifies the significance of this research,and comments on the current refined research literature.The second part is the theoretical basis of this paper,mainly by refined management theory and society.The governance theory is composed of two parts.The third part is the introduction of the current community governance model in Wuhan.It mainly introduces two modes of gridding and community micro-governance.The fourth part analyzes the problems existing in the current community governance in Wuhan.Part of the analysis is based on the framework of the community’s refined governance framework;the sixth part is to give corresponding countermeasures;the seventh part is the conclusion of this paper and the prospect of the future.Through the above analysis,this paper concludes that although the community governance in Wuhan has achieved certain achievements,there are still problems in the governance.These problems can be solved by standardizing services,planning space,and improving governance relationships.This is also a conclusion of this paper.
