| With the adjustment of Chinese market structure,improvement of the industrial structures,the further reform of state-owned enterprises and the establishment of the modern enterprise system,an increasing number of traditional industries’ Labors are losing their deeply reliable jobs.In the meanwhile,floods of farmers who rush into the cities cannot find their probable employments,with the increasing rapid progress of urbanization.According to the figures released by National Bureau of Statistics of China in 2014,the unemployment rate of China reached 5.1%.Hence,how to help the unemployment re-employed by the enterprises becomes a hot social issue.The unemployed participating the full-round social demand oriented job train-ing and acquiring new knowledge and skills,it’s the main way to solve the current unemployment problem.This essay starts with the job training of social replacement labor held by secondary vocational schools.First of all,it makes analysis of current problems on social reemployment labors’ trainning then analogizes the obstacle factors by PEST.Finally,the essay offers some considerate suggestions of solving the unemployment problem,that is enforcing the attraction of occupation education,enlarging financial support,perfecting the contents of career skill training,improv-ing efficiency of the skill training,optimizing teaching structure,establishing employment base,and regulating employment access system. |
