The Supervision System Of Social Work In Guangzhou And Its Industry Influence

Social work supervision system is the guarantee of the specialization of social work and an important force to promote the development and sustainable development of the social work industry in a more professional direction.It promotes the social work profession to the specialization direction development,but also inevitably has some side effects.These side effects are hindering the sustainable development of the social work industry.Therefore,through the study of the supervision system of social work in Guangzhou,this paper tries to find out the drawbacks of the supervision system at present,and to promote the development of social work industry in Guangzhou by means of perfecting the supervision system.This paper is based on the research methods of literature research and in-depth interviews and Merton’s structural functionalism paradigm.This paper studies five mechanisms in the supervision system of social work in Guangzhou,such as the mechanism of supervision certification and record,the mechanism of supervision access and withdrawal,the mechanism of supervision content and form,the mechanism of supervision training and incentive,the mechanism of supervision and promotion and the mechanism of evaluation.The study found that: The lack of supervision of the supervision certification and filing mechanism may lead to difficulties in ensuring the quality of supervision;The virtual existence of the supervisory access and exit mechanism may lead to a decline in the overall level of supervision in the industry;The lack of flexibility in the supervision of content and form mechanisms will limit the autonomy of the supervisors;Supervision training and incentive mechanism,supervision promotion and evaluation mechanism exist the phenomenon of missing mechanism.In view of the above obstacles,this article puts forward the following suggestions forimproving the supervision system of social work in Guangzhou.First is to perfect the mechanism of supervision certification and record keeping.Second,we should improve the mechanism of supervision,access and withdrawal.Third,optimize the content and formal mechanism of supervision.Fourth,establish of supervisory training and incentive mechanisms.Fifth,found of supervisory promotion and evaluation mechanism.
