In the high school stage,teenagers need to face many important choices in the development direction of their lives.The college entrance examination is an extremely important test in life.It may change their lives and change their destiny.The choice of college entrance examination disciplines has an important impact on the future development direction of individuals.With the implementation of the new college entrance examination policy,the career planning of high school students has attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.It has been highly valued by various schools.Starting from the reform of the college entrance examination,we will study the demand for young people’s choice of services.In order to facilitate social workers to provide targeted subject choice intervention services for young people is of great practical significance.This research focuses on the main line of high school students’ choice of subject intervention service needs.Taking the first year students of high school as the research object,using the method of combining quantitative and qualitative research,this paper systematically studies the demand of teenagers’ choice of subject intervention service from three links of demand mining,screening and satisfying.Firstly,we use quantitative research to understand the basic information of the sample from four aspects: demographic characteristics,preference for subject selection,basis for selection and self-learning ability.Secondly,through the analysis of questionnaires and interview data,we know that the content of subject content and development prospects counseling that adolescents want to provide intervention services before subject selection,and the service subjects are schools and social workers.The service forms are diversified.According to the theory of rational choice,actors often want to maximize benefits and values at the lowest cost.The greatest benefit of satisfying service demand in this paper refers to the fact that there are a large number of beneficiaries and the lowest implementation cost.From the viewpoints of comprehensive schools,students and social workers,the author finds that life-sharing will benefit the most,service risk is the least and cost is the lowest.This action is easy to maximize benefits and value,and it will be used as the identification basis of service demand supply.With the help of schools,the author and social workers invites 12 shareholders from different professional backgrounds to serve as lecturers in the "real-life sharing meeting",realizing the matching of required occupations and classes,and smoothly carrying out the "real-life sharing meeting" social work service.Empirical research found that:(1)service demand has the characteristics of diversity and subjectivity;(2)there will be a relative separation between intervention service demand and service supply;(3)there are certain situational constraints between intervention service and intervention service demand of social work.
