| As the only sports university in Lithuania,the graduates of its sports training major are engaged in the work of coaches,which reflects the high quality of training.This study adopts the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,expert interview and mathematical statistics to investigate the curriculum setting and implementation of sports training major in Lithuanian sports university,from which the advantages and disadvantages are found,so as to provide reference for the development and reform of sports training major in China.The conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the direction of talent training,the sports training major of Lithuania sports university has set up training objectives and training specifications.The curriculum is set according to the training objectives and training specifications,highlighting the professional characteristics,but there is imbalance in the curriculum structure.(2)Teachers organize and design teaching content to emphasize the combination of theory and practice.The small class teaching system is adopted to improve students’ learning efficiency.The activity form of seminar is adopted to highlight the main body status of students and cultivate their exploration ability and scientific research consciousness.(3)The teaching methods commonly used by teachers have formed a complete teaching method system,which reflects a good systematization and integrity in the application process,and is conducive to the development of students’ subject status and the cultivation of their theoretical and practical abilities.The teaching methods commonly used by physical technical teachers focus on the training of students and the related practical ability.(4)The examination methods of subjects and physical technical are diversified,the examination contents are comprehensive,and the proportion is distributed reasonably.The examination pays attention to the students’ learning process and the formation of comprehensive ability,which can effectively play a guiding role.(5)There are some problems in the sports training major in China,such as the homogeneity of the training target setting and the physical education major,the imbalance of the curriculum structure,the unitary classroom organization form and teaching method,and the inability of the curriculum examination to reflect the specific ability of the students.In this regard,the characteristics of the training objectives and curriculum should be highlighted according to the direction of talent training.The number of students in class should be appropriately reduced to gradually form the organizational form of small-class teaching system,give full play to teachers’ teaching level,and set up diversified assessment methods. |
