| The interaction between master students and tutors is a key factor that affects learning performance.To explore ways to improve the quality of education,we must start with interaction between master students and tutors.At present,there are still many problems in the interaction between master students and tutors in colleges and universities,but they have not attracted attention.And the interaction between master students and tutors is of great significance to the development of students,but for how to promote the interaction between master students and tutors,many universities have not actively explored solutions fundamentally.In view of this,the question of the interaction between master students and tutors and their effects is worthy of further study.China pays great attention and attention to the quality of higher education.Scholars have also conducted research on the interaction between undergraduates and teachers and the interaction between graduate students and mentors.Among them,there are few research results on the interaction between graduate students and tutors,and these studies are mainly qualitative research.Starting from the interaction process of graduate students and tutors,exploring the mechanism of interaction,and starting from the interaction effect of graduate students and tutors,there are few results in quantitative research.In this study,through the understanding of the concept of the interaction between master students and mentors,the concept of the interaction effect between master students and mentors is sorted out.Through the itemization of the interaction effect between master students and mentors,it is quantified and measurable.To summarize the literature,find out the factors that affect the interaction between master students and mentors,construct a theoretical model of the interaction effect between master students and mentors,and provide a theoretical basis for the empirical research in this paper.At the same time,through the preparation of questionnaires,with master students from various universities in our country as the overall survey,randomly selected samples,using statistical analysis method to conduct empirical analysis of the sample data.Through the research results,we can find the impact of the current interaction between the master student and the tutor,and the factors that affect the interaction between the master student and the tutor.According to the investigation of this study,the following results can be obtained:First of all,Interactive effect of master students and tutors can be reflected in four aspects:academic growth effect,life attitude effect,career pursuit effect and moral cultivation effect.At present,the interaction effect of master students and tutors is good,but there are differences in different aspects;Student literacy is the first element that affects the interaction effect of master students and mentors.Master students’s self-literacy is essential to strengthen the interaction between students and mentors;Tutor guidance and personality characteristics of tutors are important factors that affect the interaction between graduate students and tutors.The self-cultivation and energy input of tutors should be highly valued;Master students with different characteristics feel differently about the interaction effect of graduate students and mentors.Humanities and social sciences master students are significantly higher than those in science,medicine,agriculture and agriculture,and academic masters are significantly higher than professional masters;Tutors with different characteristics have significant differences in the interaction effect between graduate students and tutors.The higher the professional title,the stronger the academic guidance ability is,the stronger the tutor’s perception is.According to the above research conclusions,some suggestions can be put forward:University management departments should attach great importance to the impact of the interaction between graduate students and mentors on the cultivation of talents,and pay attention to the reality of the interaction between graduate students and mentors;To promote and deepen the interaction between graduate students and mentors by improving the quality of master students and correcting their attitudes and goals;Universities should establish or improve the evaluation mechanism of the interaction between graduate students and tutors to promote the construction of a good interaction;Colleges and universities should establish a working mechanism of"re-election of student guidance" to facilitate the harmonious relationship between master students and tutors and deepen the interaction between master students and tutors;Establish a scientific assessment and evaluation mechanism to ensure that the mentor sticks to his job and guarantees a sufficient amount of time and energy. |
