| The oral evaluation of kindergarten teachers refers to the behavioral process of positive or negative value judgment made by teachers in the daily life of kindergarten in response to children’s specific words and deeds,which belongs to the microscopic level of teachers’ evaluation of children and has an important impact on the formation of children’s self-concept.However,the previous researches on teacher evaluation are mostly carried out from the top-down perspective,and there are few researches on the perspective of children.In this regard,this study starts from the perspective of children and explores the application status of oral evaluation of teachers in specific situations.Due to the influence of children’s cognitive range,teachers in the teaching practice oral evaluation in children’s eyes more to praise and criticism,therefore,this study will from the two aspects,through the oral teacher evaluation in young children more easily understand the cognitive analysis of praise and criticism,and summarizes the understanding and feelings,children analysis teachers oral assessment and the deviation between the children’s inner demand,put forward the corresponding suggestion,in order to enhance the effectiveness of oral evaluation.In this study,literature method,observation method,interview method and case analysis method were used to conduct field research on the oral evaluation of teachers in A kindergarten in Dali city.Research with A garden of the three large 62 infants and corresponding class’ s and grade’s six teachers as research object,used the method of observation to assess records under the specific situation of teachers’ oral,the frequency is higher in the specific situation in kindergarten’s praise and criticism as the breakthrough point,the interview method is adopted to teacher semi-structured interviews with young children,types of children’s perspective of teachers’ oral assessment and evaluation of different types of teachers’ verbal cognitive analysis of the present situation and problems of using to detect the feeling of the preschool teachers oral evaluation and expectation.On the basis of the research results,through the "teacher’s oral evaluation of the objective impact on children" and "teacher’s oralevaluation from the perspective of children’s orientation deviation" two aspects of in-depth discussion and analysis.After the research results and discussion,it is found that there is a gap between children’s inner needs and teachers’ oral evaluation.Children’s feelings and the nature of teachers’ oral evaluation are negative.Teachers praise and criticism function effect imbalance.In view of this,the author puts forward corresponding Suggestions: face up to children’s emotional expression,improve their own evaluation;Respect children’s individual differences,pay attention to vertical evaluation;The value of balanced evaluation should attach importance to the function of critical education and find a suitable way of criticism for children. |
