With the popularization of the education concept,the training industry has greatly developed in recent years.However,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and cruel,and all types of education and training institutions are facing severe tests and greater challenges.The education and training industry only has the conditions for healthy development on the basis of conforming to the national development trend and fully meeting the needs of the public.Training institutions are one of the important components of the education industry.In order to actively respond to various opponents in a fiercely competitive market environment,they also need to shoulder the heavy burden of education and communication,occupy a dominant position in the market under multiple pressures,and meet the needs of consumers.Mission and vision.With the popularization in the education concept,the training industry has greatly developed in recent years.However,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce and cruel,and all types of education and training institutions are facing more severe tests and greater challenges.Therefore,the healthy development of the education and training industry must basically adapt to the national development trend and fully meet the public’s needs.In order to respond actively to various opponents in the fiercely competitive market environment and dominant position in the market under multiple pressures,and meet the consumers’ need.After 15 years of development,New Oriental Zhengzhou School has played an important role in Zhengzhou’s education and training market.Its development process is the subject of peer research.This article focuses on the New Oriental Zhengzhou school market expansion strategy,which is divided into five chapters.The
