In vocational education,the development of teachers’ practical ability is directly related to the quality of running secondary vocational schools and the competence of students to obtain employments,which is an significant part of the development of vocational education.Facing the needs of current industrial development,the demand of enterprises for the first-line talented people,and in order to strengthen the vocational education faculty,a number of policies has been issuing by the national education department and local governments.And they are mainly on improving the practical ability of vocational school teachers,adjusting and optimizing the quality of teachers,and meeting the requirements of the society for vocational education.Whether secondary vocational schools can shoulder the task of enterprise post requirements,that is,to cultivate skilled talents directly connected with the post.This puts forward higher requirements for the practical ability of secondary vocational school teachers.The advance of teachers’ practical ability,which is the primary task of teachers’ endogenous sustainable development,is not only a hot topic of common concern of the whole society,but also an urgent task of the education sector.On the basis of literature review and theoretical hypothesis,teachers and students who were from four secondary vocational schools in the province and school-enterprise cooperation units were selected to carry out this research on the current situation and problems of teachers’ practical ability in vocational education.First of all,based on the "individual practical ability structure model" developed by Professor Fu Weili,the four dimensions of this research scale are developed.Under the guidance of constructivism learning theory and teachers’ ability standard theory,a large number of excellent scales were integrated and three survey scales with high reliability and validity were revised.Secondly,after collecting research data through questionnaire,the descriptive statistics,difference analysis and correlation analysis of the research results were carried out by using spss22.0 and Microsoft Office Excel 2010.In addition,under the guidance of stakeholder theory,the essential problems of the practical ability of secondary vocational teachers could be understood,analyzed and combed out from the perspective of teachers,schools,enterprises and governments.At the same time,this paper comprehensively analyzed the relevant factors affecting the practical ability of teachers from the different perspectives of micro,meso and macro and then forming the basic conclusion of this study.Finally,Finally,under the guidance of collaborative governance theory,based on solving practical problems,giving full play to the collaborative role of stakeholders,trying to explore the practical ability improvement strategies of secondary vocational teachers based on resource sharing and collaborative development.
