| Under the background of the teaching reform of secondary vocational courses,the teaching goal of hotel management in secondary vocational schools has changed from emphasizing students’ knowledge learning to improving students’ professional ability.Situational teaching is rich in forms,mainly students,with strong emotional interaction between teachers and students.The teaching based on the actual work situation is in line with the purpose of the teaching reform of hotel management course in secondary vocational schools,especially the situation teaching with simulated or real activities as the carrier can help students participate in practice,improve professional skills and cultivate professional ability.Through the literature review of domestic and foreign situational teaching,on the one hand,it provides a solid theoretical basis for practical research,on the other hand,it summarizes the shortcomings of domestic situational teaching research.In order to objectively understand the current situation of situational teaching of hotel management major,this paper carries out field research on teachers and students,selects the students and teachers of hotel management major in the secondary vocational school where the education practice is located as the investigation objects,and uses the methods of investigation and interview to investigate the current situation of situational teaching of room service and management in secondary vocational school from two aspects of learning and teaching,The following four problems are found: first,there are few situational cases in the current textbooks,which are not closely related to the teaching content;Second,the situation creation is not deep enough,and the matching degree with the actual work demand is low;Third,students’ interest in learning is low and their participation in classroom situation is low;Fourth,the teaching evaluation method is single and the assessment method is unscientific.Based on the analysis of the current situation of situational teaching of "room service and management" course in secondary vocational schools,this paper analyzes the situational teaching from the aspects of teaching object,teaching content,teaching goal and teaching environment,and mainly explores the source selection and presentation of vocational situational cases,the collection and integration of situational cases,and the application of situational cases in teaching,In order to optimize the situational teaching of room service and management in secondary vocational school from the source,lay the foundation for the practice of situational teaching,optimize the process of situational teaching,create situations according to situational cases,and carry out situational teaching,so as to enhance the learning interest of secondary vocational students,cultivate their professional ability and consciousness,and optimize the implementation effect of situational teaching.Finally,the optimized design scheme is put into practice,and the teaching effect is analyzed after the end of the education experiment.Through the comparative analysis of the data between the control class and the experimental class,the analysis of students’ performance and the analysis of students’ interviews,it is found that the optimized situational teaching can effectively improve the situational teaching effect of "room service and management" course in secondary vocational schools. |
