Pointed out that the eighteenth congress put khalid ents as the fundamental task of education,to cultivate the moral wisdom body beauty comprehensive development of socialist builders and successors,core accomplishment for the first time in 2014 in the national curriculum reform important documents,and the official launch《Chinese students to develop the core Competencies》research in 2016,established the Chinese students’ competencies concrete frame core,means that the party and the country to develop core competencies problem on an unprecedented heights from the perspective of the longitudinal development of students,cultivate students’ competencies for core throughout the key stages of school-age students;From the perspective of the transverse development of students,cultivate students’ competencies of the core is not a single set of grades,but cultivate the students’ all-round development of primary school is located in the primary and basic stage of the compulsory education is the development of the enlightenment period,and competencies formation stage of enlightenment and infrastructure,to this as the base,to step by step to complete the whole core Competencies to develop efficient class management can ensure the smooth operation of the teaching conveniently spread to carry out the reform of the course of actively respond to and implement,so the class management has important value for students to develop,is another key to carry out the core competencies and indirect means.This research mainly focus on exploring the three issues: core competencies requirement for primary school class management perspective of the present situation of the primary school class management corecompetencies primary school class management countermeasure based on this,this study using the method of literature investigation and observation method,combining with the value orientation of the basic principles and core competencies overall framework,analysis the core competencies requirement for primary school class management;Taking nanning X primary school as the research object,the current situation of primary school class management is investigated,problems in class management are analyzed,causes are analyzed according to the problems,and relevant strategies for solving problems are found from the perspective of developing students’ core competencies.Through the analysis of the current situation of class management in X primary school in nanning city,it is found that the problems of class management in primary school include: misplacing of class management concept,deviating from the requirement of developing students’ core competencies;The class management system is invalid and students’ self-management ability is not strong.The process of class activity is single,and the cultivation of students’ innovation ability is neglected.The unbalance of the distribution of class management content restricts the problems of students’ all-round development.The class management system lacks rationality;Too much emphasis on the timeliness of class management;Based on the current situation of primary school class management in nanning X primary school,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the perspective of developing students’ core competencies: deepen the core competencies concept and change the management role of class teacher;To guide students’ independent development and improve their self-management opportunities;Cultivate students’ consciousness of innovation,attach importance to the construction of innovation carrier;Support students to develop in an all-round way and adopt multi-class management evaluation.Core competencies is put forward,put forward new requirements on construction class management,class management is not limited toorganize students to discipline and academic performance enhancement class is students form the essential character of personal development and social need and the important place of key ability,the teacher in charge should start from the perspective of cultivating students’ core competencies,to make effective class management.
