Problems And Countermeasures Of Students’ Study-Weary In Secondary Vocational School

In recent years,the problem that the students in secondary vocational school are weary of studying has been more and more serious,the quantity of these students has been increased greatly,this situation leads to the decline of education and teaching quality of the secondary vocational school,and it also hinders the sustainable development of the secondary vocational education,which has caused the highly attention of the related educators.Based on the predecessors` achievements and the related theories of pedagogy 、 psychology and management,as a case study of X secondary vocational school in Jinzhou,creating two questionnaires targeting teachers and students with rate、behaviors、and reasons,combining teachers` and students` interviews,this paper conducts a targeted research about the problem of students` being tired of study in the secondary vocational school.After investigation,it has found that the situation in X school has been comparatively serious,the rate is high and the degree is serious.The main behaviors are: the rate of weariness in culture elementary courses is higher than that in professional courses;the rate of weariness in theory courses is higher than that in practice courses;only a part of teachers’ courses are wearied by the students.However,this problem has been caused by several reasons,not only one.It includes the students` factor、the educational and teaching factor in school、the family educational factor and the social influence factor.It includes the ambiguity of the study purpose,the lack of confidence in learning,the lack of learning motivation,being pessimistic with learning future,which are the subjective factors;the lag of school curriculum,the lack of training equipment,the inappropriateness of assessment format,the deficiency of teachers` education and teaching,the misunderstanding of family educational concept,the allure of social harmful attractions,which are the objective factors.Based on the current situation and the reasons,some countermeasures are proposed in this research,including countermeasures by the students themselves,and the auxiliary measures for the school and the family.The case method is the innovation of this paper,individual case can be extended into the general case,not only these strategies proposed in this paper can solve the problem in X school effectively,but also they can provide some references for other secondary vocational schools.
