As a populous developing country, China has to develop secondary vocational education quickly and effectively so as to train highly qualified labor forces for society. Only in this way, can we realize complete and reasonable employment to meet the demands of society for all sorts of talents by enabling people working capacity and professional qualifications. However, at present, there are phenomena of pursuing high academic backgrounds and despising secondary vocational education. Simultaneously, the education is facing great challenge due to large enrollments of higher education institutes and various educational reforms in recent years. With the decreasing of students' quality in such schools, students become study-wearied more and more seriously, impeding the development of secondary education. Based on relevant domestic and foreign educational psychology, the method of combining proof survey and theory analysis is adopted According to the investigation on study-wearied situation in these schools of Hefei city, this paper, from the view of pedagogy , psychology and education, analyzes the present situation and the causes. In order to alter such situation and arouse their internal motivation for study and to advance the reforms and development of secondary vocational education, workable strategies are brought up by means of document research , questionnaires and interviews.The main conclusions from this research are as follows: (1) the situation that students in these schools who are fed up with studies is very common and serious as well. Study-wearied students account for 74 percent according to 1905 valid questionnaires; (2) the reasons for such situation are: the students' deviation in their world view and values; at the same time these schools pay no attention to this phenomenon and lack of effective management; (3) the management strategy to change this situation: to improve the social environment; to upgrade the management of schools; to adopt the correct attitude towards study, to promote quality of their parents.
