The Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial Implementation)promulgated by the Ministry of Education clearly points out that one of the specific objectives of basic education curriculum reform is to "reform the situation of too centralized curriculum management,implement three-level curriculum management at the national,local and school levels,and enhance the adaptability of curriculum to local,school and students." Therefore,school-based curriculum construction has become an important goal of the new round of basic education curriculum reform.In recent years,classical reading has become a hot topic of attention.How to combine the two organically,how to make classical reading rely on School-based curriculum,and how to combine the two organically are the focus of this paper.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey,observation and interview.Based on the research of school-based curriculum development at home and abroad,it investigates the current situation of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of classical reading in Chaoyang S primary school,and finds that some achievements have been made in the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of classical reading in Chaoyang S primary school.However,there are still some problems in the implementation of school-based curriculum,such as ambiguous objectives,insufficient specificity,monotonous school-based textbooks,dullness,lack of novelty,weak awareness of teachers’ curriculum development,and so on.The students’ body is biased and the process evaluation is lacking.In view of the problems existing in the development and implementation of school-based curriculum for classical reading in primary schools,this paper also makes an analysis from the aspects of lack of scientific theoretical guidance,neglect of students’ age characteristics,teachers’ lack of curriculum development knowledge and imperfect evaluation system of school-based curriculum,and then puts forward clear curriculum objectives and refines three-dimensional specific objectives.Improving school-based textbooks for classical reading is in line with students’ age characteristics,improving teachers’ ability to develop school-based curriculum for classical reading,optimizing classroom teaching,creating classroom culture with interest-oriented objectives,strengthening supervision and management,perfecting curriculum organization system,establishing diversified evaluation system,and emphasizing process evaluation.Strategy.By investigating the current situation of the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum of classical reading in primary schools,this study finds out the existing problems and puts forward relevant solutions,hoping to have some reference value for the development and research of the school-based curriculum of classical reading in primary schools.
