Research On The Development Path Of Small Basketball In Shandong Province

The term "little basketball" refers to the game of basketball played by children aged 12 and under,using smaller hoops,shorter hoops,smaller courts,and rules that are simpler and easier to understand.The development of small basketball is of great significance to the enhancement of physical health of children,the cultivation of their interest in basketball,the cultivation of basketball reserve talents,the promotion of sustainable development of basketball and the realization of the goal of making China a strong sports country.The "little basketball,big dream" development plan of the Chinese basketball association was launched in Beijing in 2017,officially opening a new era for the development of little basketball in China.As one of the first pilot provinces of China little basketball development plan and China little basketball league,Shandong province has accumulated rich practical experience in the development and promotion of little basketball.However,there are still many problems in the development of small basketball in Shandong province due to the constraints of venue facilities supply,policies,funds and other factors.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development path of small basketball.Study using the literature material,questionnaire survey,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods,through to the small basketball movement development in Shandong province organization Settings,location equipment configuration,faculty training and contest held basic situation investigation and analysis,combined with the existing problems in the development of basketball movement,in Shandong province in Shandong province by using SWOT analysis tool for small basketball movement development environment carries on the overall analysis.On this basis,according to the goals,purposes,principles and values of the development of small basketball,this paper puts forward the path and guarantee system for the development of small basketball in Shandong province,aiming to provide theoretical reference and practical reference for the development of small basketball in Shandong province and even the whole country.The following conclusions are drawn:1.As a small basketball movement development pilot provinces,small basketball movement development in Shandong province has been preliminarily established a relatively perfect system of development,but there is still a organization set unreasonable,site equipment configuration quantity is little,quality is poor,coaches and referees training systemic difference,related policy and system to the problems.2.As an important division of the little basketball league series,Shandong province plays a positive role in guiding the construction of the little basketball atmosphere in Shandong province.3.In the national strategy of the national fitness and sports association materialization policy background,the reform of the current small basketball movement development in Shandong province occupy the advantageous resources,but there is still a poor body teaching fusion,sports competition is intense,and academic conflict between development of disadvantage,so small in Shandong province basketball movement development depends on the internal advantage,use external opportunity,to make up for a lack of internal,so as to optimize the development environment;At the same time,we should avoid external threats,transform or eliminate them,and take the road of ecological and sustainable development.4.Based on the status quo and SWOT analysis of the development of small basketball in Shandong province,and in combination with the relevant policies and documents issued by the government,the objectives,purposes,essence,principles and value orientation of the development of small basketball in Shandong province are improved.5.From the school,the market and the society,it puts forward the development path of Shandong province small basketball: the school should focus on strengthening the small basketball teachers,site construction,the development of small basketball school-based curriculum,the establishment of small basketball competition system with campus characteristics;The market should further improve the operation mechanism of the small basketball league,and construct the local small basketball open and inter-club competitions in Shandong province.Social organizations should actively create a warm cultural atmosphere of little basketball,widely publicize and mobilize,and enhance children’s participation in little basketball through diversified sports performances,parent-child sports week and other forms.6.The implementation of the development path of small basketball in Shandong province needs to provide guarantee measures from four aspects,including policy,organization,funds and talents.
