| As an important youth group in the country,college students shoulder the mission of building the motherland in the future,and college students’ academic delay is widespread.This negative behavior has attracted wide attention from scholars.After the rise of positive psychology,scholars attach importance to the role of positive psychological quality.Among them,hope traits,psychological flexibility,and learning immersion experience are important concepts of positive psychology.In order to clarify the impact of individual positive psychological quality on negative behaviors,this study explores the relationship between college students’ hope traits and academic procrastination.In order to further explore the relationship between the two,on the one hand,academic procrastination is regarded as a stressful event for college students,which will affect the pressure.The important factor of the event,mental resilience,serves as the first intermediary factor.On the other hand,academic delay is regarded as the performance of academic problems with low learning efficiency.The important factor that affects academic problems is the second intermediary factor.Based on previous studies,this study explored the relationship between college students ’hope traits,psychological resilience,learning immersion experience and academic procrastination through questionnaires,and further explored the intermediary between psychological resilience and learning immersion experience between hope traits and academic procrastination effect.From the perspective of positive psychology,the improvement of negative behavior from the perspective of human positive psychological quality provides a new way to solve the problem of academic delay from positive psychological quality.It can not only solve the problem of real academic delay in colleges and universities,but also extend the application of positive psychology theory.In this study,a questionnaire survey method was used for undergraduates in an university in Shandong province.Descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,single factor analysis of variance,post-mortem test,related research,and intermediary effect analysis were conducted on the 860 valid questionnaires recovered,and the following conclusions were drawn:1.There are differences in gender,the location of the family,the grade,and whether the only student is delayed.Girls ’academic delay is higher than boys’,rural students ’academic delay is higher than urban students,freshmen and sophomore’academic delay is higher than juniors,and non-only children ’s academic delay is higher than only children.2.College students want trait path thinking to be higher than dynamic thinking.College students hope that traits have differences in gender,grade,and whether they are only children.Boys want higher levels of traits than girls,seniors want traits to be significantly higher than freshmen and sophomores,and only-child students want higher levels of traits than non-only children.3.There is only a gender difference in the psychological resilience of college students,and male students score higher than female students in the two dimensions of tenacity and optimism.4.The immersion experience of college students is different in gender,family location,whether it is a medical major,grade,and whether it is an only child.The total score of male students is higher than the total score of female students.The level of urban students ’learning immersion experience is significantly higher than that of rural students.The score of medical majors is higher than that of non-medical majors.The balance score of junior students’ tasks and skills is significantly higher than that of freshmen and sophomores.The scores of senior students are significantly higher than those of sophomores;the concentration scores of senior students are significantly higher than those of freshmen and sophomores,and the only children are higher than the non-only children.5.The four factors of hope traits,academic delay,psychological resilience,and learning immersion experience are related to each other.Hope that the total score of traits is significantly negatively correlated with the total score of academic delay,hope that traits are significantly positively correlated with psychological resilience,and that traits are significantly positively correlated with learning immersion experience,that academic delay is significantly negatively correlated with psychological resilience,and that academic delay and learning immersion Experience was significantly negatively correlated,and psychological resilience was significantly positively correlated with learning immersion experience.6.The mediating effect of the learning immersion experience between the hope trait and academic delay is significant,and the psychological resilience and the learning immersion experience play a chain intermediary role between the hope trait and academic delay.It is hoped that traits will affect the learning immersion experience through psychological resilience,and thus affect the academic delay of college students. |
