The development of marketing strategy is the basis of long-term development of enterprises.Traditional education occupies the most of the TL education market,and reputation is the main marketing way.Marketing strategy has not been widely recognized and adopted in the TL education market.Due to YJ’s Park of Children Emotion Quotient enters to TL education market not very long,there is no similar products,customer awareness is limited,so it is difficult for YJ’s Park of Children Emotion Quotient to marketing.And did not make detailed,comprehensive,systematic marketing mix strategy.View of the above situation,this paper will start from the analysis of the current marketing situation of YJ’s Park of Children Emotion Quotient,and through qualitative methods,based on the marketing theory and the special situation of TL education market,consider the experience of other education enterprises,then,analysis the marketing strategy for YJ’s Park of Children Emotion Quotient.Combine with the results of the questionnaire recovery analysis,analysis of the original problems and insufficient of YJ’s Park of Children Emotion Quotient.Through the internal and external marketing environment analysis,SOWT analysis of YJ’s Park of Children Emotion Quotient,propose to take SO’s growth-oriented development strategy.Identify the marketing idea centered on customer service,define the target market and customer base,select the group with high intent and middle income as the target group,and combine the characteristics of target group,put forward new stragey such as high-end service,1V1 service and so on.Through target product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,formulate market portfolio strategies suit for YJ’s Park of Children Emotion Quotient.Finally,hope to through the maintenance of customer relationships,build customer trust,improve service quality and other marketing methods to ensure the implementation of marketing strategies.
