| China’s economy is developing rapidly nowadays,and with the development of traditional industries to the rise of emerging industries such as the Internet,artificial intelligence,big data,and shared economy,China’s industrial structure is constantly adjusting.The optimization of industrial structure has shown a positive side.At present,China’s economy has gradually shifted from the high-speed growth stage to the high-quality development stage,requiring continuous optimization of the industrial structure.At present,there are some prominent problems in China’s industrial structure.The industrial structure is still dominated by labor-intensive industries,with a low proportion of technology-intensive,and the allocation and use efficiency of resources need to be strengthened.At the same time,there is a lack of high-end technology and intellectual talents to research and develop innovative core technologies.The central government has pointed out several main directions for the adjustment of China’s industrial structure: to promote the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry,to strengthen the construction of the domestic market,and to improve the efficiency of the service industry.The eastern region is the one with the strongest comprehensive strength in our country.Relatively speaking,talents and technologies are more intensive.Therefore,exploring the influencing factors of the industrial structure in the eastern region can provide a path reference for the upgrading of the industrial structure,so as to promote the coordinated development of the industrial structure and various factors and realize high-quality economic development.Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant contents of industrial structure upgrading and optimization theoretically,integrates the previous research experience and introduces the influencing factors of industrial structure upgrading on this basis.Two factors,technical level and human capital,are selected to analyze the impact on the upgrading of industrial structure,and the impact mechanism of each factor on the upgrading of industrial structure is expounded theoretically.This paper also examines the impact of various factors on the industrial structure from an empirical perspective,analyzes it from the perspectives of entirety,space and difference,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the upgrading of the industrial structure based on the analysis results.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which analyzes the research background and significance,and summarizes the research methods,route,innovation and deficiencies of this paper.The second chapter is the theory and literature review of industrial structure upgrading,summarizing the previous theoretical research on industrial structure upgrading,and sorting out the scholars’ research on the impact of human capital,technological innovation and other factors on industrial structure.The third chapter analyzes the current situation and problems of industrial structure development in eastern region,and expounds the impact mechanism of technological level,human capital and other factors on the upgrading of industrial structure.The fourth chapter selects panel data to establish a linear model for basic analysis,uses rationalization and upgrading of industrial structure to reflect the level of industrial structure,and concludes that technical level and human capital have positive effects on industrial results.The fifth chapter uses the spatial econometric model to test the spatial correlation between the industrial structure and the influencing factors in the eastern region.The sixth chapter uses the variable coefficient model to analyze the heterogeneity of industrial structure and influencing factors among ten provinces in the eastern region.The seventh chapter draws conclusions and puts forward suggestions through the above theoretical and empirical analysis. |
