| Employment can help the disabled to realize their life value and is also an important way to integrate them into social life.Because the disabled have physical defects,they are in a weak position in the employment supply and demand relationship.The employment of the disabled is directly related to their quality of life and social harmony.Therefore,governments and social organizations at all levels should give priority to promoting the employment of the disabled.Only by helping the unemployed disabled to achieve high-quality employment can the disabled group truly integrate into the society,improve their lives and share the dividends brought by the socialist well-off society.In this paper,the employment status of the disabled in panjin city was sorted out,combined with the current policies and regulations on the employment of the disabled in panjin city,liaoning province,the statistical yearbook of the disabled and other data,the paper mainly studied the employment problems of the disabled in panjin city through literature research,questionnaire survey and interview.The collected interview records and recovered questionnaires were analyzed as first-hand data and data.The research found that the employment of disabled people in panjin city has the problems of low employment rate,poor employment quality and low wage level,and through the current basic employment situation,the causes of the above problems are analyzed from the aspects of policy guarantee,social prejudice,social conditions,and employment service organization construction.It is suggested that the panjin municipal government and organizations such as the disabled persons federation should improve the education system for the disabled and enhance the vocational skills education for the disabled and train the cultural and vocational skills education for the disabled according to the market employment demand.In order to improve the physical and mental quality of the disabled,we should strengthen the medical rehabilitation of the disabled,help the disabled to overcome psychological barriers,establish confidence in employment,and help the disabled to establish a correct view of job selection.We will create a favorable social atmosphere for supporting and assisting the disabled,strengthen the construction of a barrier-free environment,and give full play to the strength of non-governmental organizations to improve the social conditions for the employment of the disabled.We will improve employment assistance services for the disabled,strengthen policy implementation,establish a mechanism for monitoring and feedback on the employment of the disabled,and strengthen the construction of an employment service system for the disabled to optimize the service level of government departments to promote employment of the disabled. |
