Since 1995,cultural quality-oriented education has gone through more than20 years in our country.In the continuous practice and exploration of cultural quality-oriented education in colleges and universities,they have gradually got rid of the narrow professional skill education model in the past and attached more and more importance to cultural quality-oriented education.At present,although the cultural quality education in colleges and universities has achieved satisfactory results,there are still some problems such as disordered curriculum system,random evaluation and lagging concept.In view of this,this paper,by taking three colleges and universities in Guangxi cultural quality education base as the objects of investigation,probes into the existing problems of cultural quality education in colleges and universities,puts forward the quality assurance system of cultural quality education,and provides guarantee for the promotion of cultural quality education in colleges and universities.Firstly,in terms of related concepts,this paper holds that cultural quality education is aimed at cultivating the comprehensive development of physicaland mental health and strong comprehensive quality.Different from general education,cultural quality-oriented education emphasizes not only the role of curriculum,but also the influence of environment.On this basis,this paper combines the theory of ecosystem,meaning to affect the cultural quality education of the various systems.Secondly,through literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper investigates the current situation of cultural quality education in colleges and universities in Guangxi,and summarizes the factors influencing the quality of cultural quality education in colleges and universities.It is found that the following problems still exist in the cultural quality of colleges and universities in Guangxi: Students’ cognition of cultural quality education is insufficient and their enthusiasm is not high;The teaching staff is unstable and insufficient,and the teaching quality is poor;Lack of guidance in curriculum setting and imperfect curriculum system;The evaluation method is simple and random;The cultural connotation of extracurricular activities is insufficient and the types of activities are not rich;Campus cultural atmosphere is weak,environmental facilities are not perfect.The related factors influencing the quality of cultural quality education can be summarized into four parts,that is,student factors,teacher factors,curriculum and activity factors,and school factors.Then,the quality ecosystem of cultural quality education in colleges and universities in Guangxi is constructed by combining the summarized factors with the ISM interpretive structure model.Finally,the author puts forward the quality assurance system of cultural quality education in colleges and universities in Guangxi,which includes four parts: macro guarantee,medium guarantee,micro guarantee and mechanism guarantee.The macro guarantee includes campus environment,facilities and school and college policies.The middle guarantee mainly focuses on teachers,courses and activities.The micro guarantee mainly focuses on students.
