The teaching of ancient poetry is an important part of Chinese teaching in primary schools.It can not only inherits and premotes the excellent traditional culture of our country,but also cultivates students’ temperament and improves their aesthetic ability.From the perspective of reception aesthetics,this study analyzed the elements of teaching ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools and probed into the characteristics of teaching ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools.It also compiled the classroom observation record of teaching ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools and the interview outline of teachers.There are different levels of 3 primary schools in S area having 37 examples in ancient Chinese poems(videos)as the research samples.By using literature methods,observation methods and interview methods,this study analyzed the current problems existing in the primary school Chinese teaching of ancient Chinese poems.Meanwhile,this study attempted to probe the problems’ impact factors and threw out sugesstions for proving.This study analyzed the problems existing in the teaching of Chinese ancient poetry in primary schools from the theoretical perspective of reception aesthetics.In summary,the overall level of the teaching of Chinese ancient poetry in primary schools is not ideal.There are great differences between the three dimensions of the students’ subject experience as the central reader,the dialogue fusion of the expectation field of vision and the meaning generative nature of the blank uncertainty.Then this study analyzed from each dimension.Firstly,the situation creation from the students’ subject experience as the central reader is lack of interest.Focusing on knowledge learning,emotional experience is insufficient.Teaching methods are single,old and lack of aesthetic atmosphere.Secondly,in terms of the dialogue fusion of the expectation field of vision,students are lack of their own understanding of ancient poetry.Teachers rely too much on teaching and courseware,and tend to ignore students’ self-understanding.Lastly,in terms of the meaning generative nature of the blank uncertainty.Teachers’ classroom white space is missing.They ignore students’ personalized interpretation and overanalyze the ancient poetry.This behaviour destroy the beauty of the artistic conception of the ancient poetry and kill students’ imagination.In this study,the influence of different schools,teachers’ teaching age,teacher’s major and teacher’s educational level on the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools was discussed by means of mean analysis and single factor analysis of variance.Through data analysis,it was found that the school,teacher’s teaching age and teacher’s major have a significant impact on the teaching of ancient poetry in primary school.But the teacher ’s educational level does not have a significant impact.In view of the existing problems in the current situation,combined with the analysis of the influencing factors,this study put forward some suggestions for the improvement of the teaching of ancient Chinese poetry in primary schools.Firstly,on the teaching procession hand:teachers are supposed to clear the central position of students,pay attention to the student body experience,use a variety of teaching methods to promote the dialogue fusion of subject vision,guide students to make personalized interpretation and creatively fill in the blank of the text.Secondly,the quality of teachers: schools are supposed to clear the role of teachers,establish equal dialogue between teachers and students,strengthen teachers’ professional learning and improve their teaching practice ability of ancient poetry.
