Research On Revolutionary Traditional Education Of College Students In The New Era

The Chinese revolutionary tradition embodies the heroic deeds,fine style,revolutionary spirit and noble quality of the revolutionary ancestors.General Secretary Xi Jinping repeatedly emphasized the need to carry forward the revolutionary tradition and carry out revolutionary traditional education.On December 15,2014,When he inspected the organs of Nanjing Military Region,he pointed out: "we should make good use of red resources,carry forward the red tradition and pass on the red gene." On September 16,2019,when he visited the martyr’s cemetery of the capital of Hubei,Henan,Anhui Soviet Area,he pointed out: "we can’t forget how the red regime came from,how the new China came from,and how today’s happy life came from." College students in the new era are the builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.To educate them in the revolutionary tradition will help them to realize from the revolutionary tradition that the red regime is hard won,the new China is hard won,and today’s happy life is hard won;It is beneficial for college students in the new era to carry forward the revolutionary tradition,inherit the red gene,improve their comprehensive quality,remembering yesterday,cherishing today,and creating tomorrow in the process of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Based on the characteristics and historical mission of college students in the new era,this paper summarizes the basic contents of the revolutionary traditional education of college students in the new era.Through the questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the current situation of College Students’ revolutionary traditional education in the new era,and the main causes of the existing problems are: Revolutionary traditional education is not targeted,practical teaching is not enough,collaboration is not good,audience is incomplete,the ground is not wide,and the long-term mechanism is weak.Based on this,the following strategies are proposed: First,we should promote the traditional revolutionary education into teaching materials,classroom and brain,improve college students’ cognition,recognition and practice of the revolutionary tradition in the new era,and enhance the pertinence of the traditional revolutionary education;The second is to combine the education of "sense of mission,sense of responsibility and sense of honor",the local revolutionary traditional resources and the normalized education of " remain true to our aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mind" to increase the synergy of revolutionary traditional education of college students in the new era;The third is to give full play to the demonstration of the revolutionary traditional education of Party members and college students in the new era,and to set an example for ordinary college students to carry out the revolutionary tradition,and expand the audience of the revolutionary traditional education;The fourth is to build the "four-education" mode of teaching,culture,network and service of the revolutionary traditional education for college students in the new era,to form a joint force of the revolutionary traditional education of college students inside and outside the school,to expand the ground of the revolutionary traditional education,and to enhance the practicality and effectiveness of the revolutionary traditional education.
