| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at a seminar for teachers of ideological and political theory courses in schools that to promote the reform and innovation o f ideological and political theory courses,teachers should integrate explicit education with implicit education,not only making good use of the main roads,but also developing multiple channels.In order to promote the construction of rule of law in China and strengthen the concept of rule of law of the whole people,the junior middle school education of rule of law,which is of great consciousness and practicality,should not only impart knowledge of rule of law to students,but also pay attention to pass on values and spiritual ideas,in order to cultivate students’ consciousness,Spirit and belief of rule of law,it is necessary to apply recessive education effectively while constructing efficient classroom to promote teaching reform.Implicit education can make up the deficiency of explicit education by means of combining education with pleasure,education with literature and education with practice,which can not only expand the approach of rule of law education in junior middle school,but also enhance its actual effect.Therefore,based on the study of recessive education,this paper combines it with the junior middle school legal education to explore the application value of recessive education in junior middle school legal education.Recessive Education has the characteristics of imperceptibly,moistening things silently,it can break through the limitation of time and space,and widely exists in the study and life of educational objects,which can make education normal and life-oriented,it can also stimulate students’ self-consciousness and initiative through educational factors,and achieve the goal of "teaching students by doing without speaking".If it is effectively applied to the rule of law education in junior high school,it can realize the indirectness of the rule of law education and restrain the production of Reverse psychology in junior high school,and it can also realize the life of the rule of law education,to promote junior high school students to achieve the rule of law knowledge and behavior,but also to promote the formation of the resultant force of education,to achieve the durability of the effect of the rule of law education.Through the questionnaire investigation,it is found that although the current recessive education has been applied in the junior middle school legal education,however,there are still some problems,such as the non-normalization of recessive education,the non-full play of the carrier of recessive education in school and the non-formation of the resultant force of legal education.The reason lies in the misunderstanding of teachers’ educational idea,the insufficient development and utilization of implicit educational resources in school,and the complex and multiple weakening of teaching effect in the envir onment of legal education outside school.Therefore,in order to strengthen the recessive education in the junior middle school rule of law education application,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from three aspects: Educators should set up corr ect educational idea and give full play to behavior demonstration function in order to improve their comprehensive quality,integrate implicit educational carrier in school through the construction of campus legal culture and the development of campus lega l activities,actively promote family legal education and give full play to the educational power of new media in order to optimize the environment of out-of-school legal education,therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the effectiveness of rule of law education in junior middle school,which is based on school education,family education and network education. |
