Technological Innovation and progress,make people's life,work and study more convenient,but also will give people such as ethical and moral confusion.The same is true of the Internet,which is not a monster,but it has the advantage of making it easier for young people to learn,expanding access to information,and causing some negative information to flood.At present,the negative effects of the network emerge one after another,some harmful information into the world of young people,there are game online love,hackers,network crimes,addicted to the network and so on.Therefore,with the rapid development of the network age,it is necessary to teach students to master information technology knowledge,but also to use moral and law to restrain students,to ensure their positive and healthy use of the network.This article has carried on the rigorous research to the literature,the questionnaire,the interview and so on investigation record,has analyzed the network society and the junior middle school student network civilization education urgency,this paper reveals the present situation of the network civilization education in the teaching of morality and rule of law in junior middle school,and advances some corresponding teaching practice paths for solving the problems of the network civilization education of junior middle school students.The main content is divided into three parts:The first part mainly discusses the urgency of Network Society and Network Civilization Education of junior middle school students,points out the background of Network Society and Network Civilization Education,and narrates the development process of network civilization education.The second part mainly analyzes the reality of network civilization education in the teaching of "morality and rule of law" in junior middle school,through the questionnaire survey of some junior middle school students in Dong'e County and the interview with teachers,the results show that junior middle school students have a great lack of network civilization education,but also reflects the school "moral and rule of law" curriculum of the network civilization education has a considerable lack.The third part mainly discusses the teaching path of network civilization education for junior middle school students.This paper mainly discusses the establishment of the new educational concept of "network citizen" cultivation,the improvement of junior middle school students' network civilization teaching content,the construction of network moral education as the leading teaching mechanism,and the integration of junior high school students' network civilization education social resources,and puts forward some superficial understanding and suggestions.
