This This paper explores the application effect of body movement function training,and provides empirical support for the construction of body movement function training system of swimming events.Literature,observation,interview,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics were used.12 young swimmers in Shenzhen were selected as the experimental objects.Combined with the routine training situation of swimming team,the training plan of body movement function is made,and the seven training modules of body movement function are applied in the training.Through the changes of test indexes before and after 13 weeks of experimental intervention,the research conclusions are as follows:(1)Compared with the first test before the experiment,athletes have made significant progress in skeletal muscle,muscle fat ratio,forward throwing solid ball,standing long jump,pull up,lying push relative strength,squat relative strength,core endurance,eight level abdominal bridge,ankle joint flexibility test,15 meter main item turning test,25 meter main item test and 200 meter main item test indexes(P < 0.01)And the progress of male athletes is better than that of female athletes.(2)Compared with before the experiment,5 kinds of compensatory actions have been corrected,including shrug,limited ankle movement,knee buckle,front and back split leg squat,lumbar release and ankle instability.Trunk stability and flexibility of hip flexor and posterior thigh muscles have been greatly improved.Compared with the pre experiment test,the athletes’ functional movement screening score improved significantly(P < 0.05),and in the hurdle,front and back squat,deep squat,rotation stability four movement tests,there was a significant difference before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).The number of athletes at risk decreased from 50% to 8.33%.(3)Through the longitudinal comparison of the improvement range of 13 week physical training with the previous 13 week traditional physical training,the athletes improved significantly in the four basic physical indexes of ankle flexibility,pull up,abdominal endurance and back endurance(P < 0.01).In addition,the male athletes’ progress in the three indexes of pull-up,abdominal muscle endurance and back muscle endurance is better than that of female athletes.(4)Through the correlation analysis,it is found that there is a significant positive correlation between the 25 meter main event performance,the 15 meter main event turning performance and the 200 meter main event performance,which can be used as an evaluation sport test index of 200 meter main item performance;there is a significant negative correlation between the three indexes of pull-up,standing long jump,forward throwing solid ball and the 25 meter main event performance,which can be used as an evaluation sport test index of 25 meter main item performance.(5)It has improved the "evalution index of physical fitness training of young swimmers in Shenzhen",Through cluster analysis,it is found that the physical fitness test indexes of young swimmers in Shenzhen can be classified into five categories: body function index,body fat rate index,body shape and function index,sports quality index and main performance index. |
