Postgraduate study is an important period for comprehensively improving innovation ability and scientific research ability.Therefore,the improvement of graduate students’ academic level,adaptability,scientific research ability and self-study consciousness is gradually paid attention to.The level of achievement motivation is closely related to the comprehensive development of postgraduates.According to relevant studies,learning burnout generally exists in different levels of students,and whether there is also learning burnout phenomenon for postgraduates of physical education.In order to further explore,four universities in hunan province is a random sample of sports master graduate student,through the methods of psychological measurement,comparison,analysis and data statistics and other research methods,citing Chinese scholars Ye Renmin compiled "achievement motivation scale" and even the establishment of "learning burnout survey scale" to master of sport achievement motivation and learning burnout research as the breakthrough point,to explore sports master graduate student achievement motivation and learning burnout status and existing problems,and using SPSS20.0 and Excel statistical software for independent samples T test and homogeneity of variance test method to the analysis,The correlation between achievement motivation and learning burnout of postgraduates in P.E.is analyzed,and then regression verification is carried out on each dimension of learning burnout based on achievement motivation.The results show that:1.The achievement motivation of postgraduates of P.E.is above the average level,and their learning burnout is also at the average level.2.Among different gender variables,the achievement motivation level of male students is lower than that of female students,and the learning burnout degree of male students is higher than that of female students.There is a significant difference between achievement motivation and learning burnout of postgraduates of physical education of different genders.3.Among different source variables,the achievement motivation level of urban students is higher than that of rural students,and there is no significant difference.The study burnout degree of urban students is lower than that of rural students,and there is a significant difference.4.Among the variables of different original graduate schools,the achievement motivation level of P.E.master students varies from high to low: they graduated from oneuniversity,two universities and three universities,and there is a significant difference.From low to high,they graduated from one university,two universities and three universities respectively,with significant differences.5.Among the variables of different universities,hunan normal university,hunan university of technology,hunan university of science and technology and jishou university have significant differences in achievement motivation level and learning burnout degree.6.There is a significant negative correlation between achievement motivation and learning burnout.In the correlation analysis of each dimension,the motivation to pursue success is significantly correlated with learning burnout,low mood and low sense of achievement,which is in the opposite direction,while it is not significantly correlated with behavioral misconduct.The dimension of avoiding failure is significantly correlated with learning burnout,low mood,improper behavior and low sense of achievement.7.Achievement motivation studied by master of physical education has a significant negative prediction effect on learning burnout.The opposite direction of the pursuit of success motivation predicts learning burnout,low mood and low sense of achievement.The positive direction of motivation to avoid failure predicts learning burnout and its three dimensions.Advice:1.Strengthen career planning and pay attention to the employment and entrepreneurship guidance of postgraduate tutors to enhance the professional sense of achievement of postgraduates in physical education.2.Strengthen mental health education in service guidance to reduce the learning burnout of postgraduates of physical education.3,strengthen the purpose of learning education,stimulate the motivation of P.E.master students.4.Build up the necessary competitive environment and promote the development of achievement motivation of postgraduates in physical education.
