| In recent years,the development of the economy and the update of scientific and technological means have caused great changes in the social needs of accounting personnel.The cancellation of accounting qualifications reflects the further reduction of the society’s demand for low-level bookkeeping and cashier personnel.The cultivation of accounting talents must keep up with the pace of the times in order to promote social and economic development.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of C hina,the party and the country have raised the modernization of vocational education to a new height.The strategic layout of vocational education is vocational education.Development indicates the direction.Basic education and vocational education are different types of education.They have equal status and are equally important in the strategy of rejuvenating the country through education.At present,all levels of secondary vocational education schools have undergone a series of rectifications and resource mergers.However,due to resource differences and unbalanced economic development,many secondary vocational schools still face many difficulties in accounting majors K nowledge is backward,and it does not pay attention to the cultivation of students’ comprehensive professional ability,etc.The society’s demand for low-level accounting talents is shrinking,and the goal of personnel training in vocational education is to train talents with basic skills and professional abilities.This means that there is a contradiction between the goal of vocational personnel training and the actual needs of society.Obviously,the secondary vocational education of accounting major must overcome this problem if it is to develop further.Facing the changing social development,the secondary vocational education must cultivate accounting talents who adapt to the society.Naturally,it needs to carry out corresponding education reform,reorganize and select course content,thus forming a new curriculum system,which can meet the society ’s needs for secondary occupations.The demand for educational accounting talents can also meet the needs of the long-term professional development of secondary vocational students.On the basis of reading the literature,this paper analyzes the market demand structure of accounting talents of employers in the surrounding areas of Xinyang C ity based on the work process,interviews some practitioners in accounting-related positions,and at the same time works with accounting teachers of X Vocational College in Xinyang C ity.Exchange and discussion,analyze and summarize the typical work tasks and professional abilities of accounting-related positions,thus determining the learning field,re-determining the training goal of accounting majors,adhering to the principle that the knowledge taught to students should be appropriate but sufficient Organize course content and build a curriculum system that includes public basic courses,professional skills courses,elective courses and other educational activities.At the same time,according to the actual situation of the college,some suggestions were put forward to implement the curriculum syste m,hoping to respond to the government’s call,create a modern vocational education,and cultivate professional accounting professionals in the new era. |
