The new art curriculum standard has entered the stage of emphasizing the "core quality",and the cultivation of students’ "image reading" ability is listed as the top of the art core quality.The primary school stage is the foundation of basic education.The primary school textbooks are widely compiled by combining pictures and pictures,with the purpose of conveying knowledge to primary students more directly.The existence of illustrations is interesting and attractive.However,due to the drawbacks of traditional educational concepts,pictures are gradually neglected in the upper grades of primary schools.The new curriculum standard points out that art learning should be related to other subject areas and natural life,so the art learning of primary school students is not utilitarian.This paper studies and analyzes the impact of image literacy on pupils’ art learning transformation,and explores the importance of image literacy and the value of art learning.Through the design of the art unit curriculum,the students’ ability of image reading is improved,the analysis and understanding of images are deepened,the students’ vision is broadened,and the influence of image reading on the transformation of pupils’ art learning is explored through the teaching of the control group.The thesis consists of the following six parts:Part Ⅰ: collect and sort out the data,analyze the domestic and foreign related literature,understand its development trend,establish the formation of the paper’s views,and find the basic method of the paper research.The second part: the thesis defines the relevant concepts,clear their meaning in this paper,such as "image reading","art learning and transformation",and find the connection between the two,to determine the feasibility of the thesis.The third part: through the probation,understand the current situation of the classroom,and analyze the causes of these situations,from which to improve the students’ image reading necessity and possibility.The fourth part: the theoretical basis of unit curriculum development,from the teaching principles,teaching process strategy and teaching objectives and other aspects of the specific teaching design basis.Combined with the teaching practice,this paper demonstrates that the unit fine arts curriculum can improve the students’ ability of image reading and observation with specific teaching cases,and makes case analysis to give solutions to classroom emergencies.The fifth part: through the analysis of the control group,teaching and teacher talk and questionnaire before and after the test conclusion: image read art can promotes the transformation of learning for elementary school students,the effect of course of study in fine arts unit,students observe life,image analysis,work ability improved,and it can use this ability to other subject areas and in life,understand the importance of image and the value of art learning.The sixth part: summarizes the teaching research results,and puts forward the exploratory opinions on the choice of subject teaching content,teachers’ quality and teaching evaluation.
