| In today’s society,with the rapid development of science and technology,the speed of knowledge updating is accelerating day by day.As a teacher who is responsible for the important task of cultivating talents needed by the society,it has become an important issue in the field of teacher education development whether teachers have high quality to meet the needs of social development.Master of education in local normal universities is the main backup force of teachers in primary and secondary schools.To strengthen education in local normal university master teachers accomplishment present situation research,accumulate experience,found the problem,as much as possible in order to improve the quality of primary and secondary school teachers’ pre-service training,thereby improving the quality of primary and secondary school students cultivate,have extremely strong realistic meaning and urgency.This research mainly adopts questionnaire survey,interview and literature method to investigate and analyze the current situation of the cultivation of master of education in local normal universities.First of all,this study divides teacher quality into basic quality,educational professional quality and compound professional quality.By means of questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper investigates the current situation of teacher quality of master of education in six local normal universities and analyzes the survey results.It is found that there are some good qualities of teachers of master of education in local normal universities,but there are still some problems.For example,the professional moral quality of the master of education needs to be improved,the knowledge quality is slightly shallow,the humanistic quality is slightly weak,the teaching skills are relatively simple,the practical ability is low,the innovation ability is poor,the reflection ability is weak,the participation in education research is few.Then,this study analyzes the reasons that lead to the problems in the teacher quality of the master of education in local normal universities.The reasons for the master of education mainly include the biased career value orientation,the lack of knowledge flow process,the poor professional competence of teachers,and the weak sense of self-professional development.The main reasons of local normal universities are the relative weakness of general education curriculum,the poor implementation of practical teaching curriculum and the general objective of professional training.Finally,based on the above analysis,this study puts forward some Suggestions to improve the quality of teachers of master of education in local normal universities.One is to improve occupational values and establish reasonable occupational values;The second is to lead their own professional growth to achieve teacher professionalism;The third is to optimize the curriculum content and establish a complete curriculum system. |
