Local Normal Universities Education Master Graduate Employment Research

This paper uses the methods of questionnaire and individual interview,investigated master’s graduate student education in local normal university employment problems.Survey results show that the local normal universities master’s graduate students in the process of employment have highlight problems mainly in three aspects;The first is narrow employment scope, employment and professional matching degree in low position. The second is the low employment satisfaction, The Third is the competitive advantage is not obvious, and the employment pressure.On the basis of the present situation investigation, this article analyzed from the micro, medium and macro three dimensions research the main factors of affecting local normal universities education graduate student employment. Micro factors mainly embodied in the graduate student individual employment idea lag, overall expectations, their own quality is not good; Medium main factors embodied in the training objectives and training mode of the local normal universities is disconnected with the social demand, graduate employment guidance work inadequate, employment guidance system is not yet perfect; Macro factors include discrimination of choose and employ people, government policy support on employment is not enough, the employment market demand of local normal university education master’s graduate student is not full, etc.Based on the above analysis, this paper put forward a series of basic strategy on local normal universities education master’s graduate students to help them raise the quality of employment.At the micro level, the local normal universities education master graduate students should change the employment ideas, improve their own quality, adjust the job search strategy; In the medium level, local normal universities education teaching subject and individual graduate student should establish the confidence on education professional, local normal universities should adjust professional structure and improve training mode; n the macro level, unit of employer should take up their responsibilities for society, set up fair recruitment concept; Relevant departments should guide the local normal universities master’s graduate students actively by system design, at the same time, help them find the positioning of the alignment way to achieve high quality jobs.
