With the rapid enlargement of master graduate admission scale in the last few years,how to realize the development of master graduate education from “quantity increase” to“quality improvement” has become a hotly debated topic in academia.The internal assurance system of the quality of postgraduate is the inner motivation to improve the quality of postgraduate cultivation.At the same time,it is the essential prerequisite for colleges and universities to stimulate the development of postgraduate education.The internal assurance system of the quality of master graduate education is a complex system.Its improvement not only requires multi-link,all-round and whole process control,but also requires the active participation,mutual cooperation and joint efforts of stakeholders.Therefore,to build a perfect internal assurance system of the quality of master graduate education,we need to reasonably analyze the main elements affecting the quality of master graduate education,explore the key points affecting the quality of master graduate education,and then carry out all-round control from the aspects of quality culture,personnel elements,condition elements,management and evaluation,so as to realize the effective improvement and continuous improvement of the quality of master graduate education.With the increasing enrollment of master graduate students in local colleges and universities,the significance of these schools in postgraduate education is growing.This situation increasingly highlights the necessity and urgency for local colleges and universities to complete the internal assurance system of quality of master graduate education.However,as a dynamic organism,the internal assurance system needs to be constantly adjusted,revised and improved according to the changes of internal and external environment,so as to truly play its key role in promoting the quality of master graduate education.Therefore,local colleges and universities need to fully grasp the relevant elements affecting the quality of master graduate,according to their own specific actual situation,combined with the new development requirements of China’s master graduate education in the new era,make reasonable positioning,scientific layout,highlight characteristic advantages,and contribute to the improvement of the quality of master graduate education in China.Taking Q University as an example,starting from the relevant elements of quality assurance,combining interested parties in the internal assurance system with key factors that could affect the quality of master graduate students,this thesis analyzes the actuality and deficiencies of Q University’s the internal assurance system for master graduate education.On this basis,according to the development objectives and requirements of the times of China’s master graduate in the new era,this study proposes promoting measures to perfect the internal assurance system for master graduate cultivation in local universities and colleges,in this way the master graduate educational quality can be further improved in my country.The specific research ideas are as follows: first,on the basis of retrieving and analyzing relevant literature,clarify the connotation and basic theoretical basis of the internal assurance system of quality of master graduate and determine the key elements of the internal assurance system of the quality of master graduate.Second,taking Q University as an example,using text analysis,questionnaire survey and interview to analyzes the current situation of Q University’s internal assurance system of the quality of master graduate education from the following four perspectives:quality and culture guarantee,talent element guarantee,condition element guarantee and management and evaluation guarantee.Among them,quality culture includes school running concept and academic atmosphere,personnel elements include master’s students and tutors,conditional elements include course teaching and hardware facilities,management and evaluation include dissertation management and discipline evaluation,and each element has different emphases.Third,combined with the analysis of the current situation of the internal assurance system of Q University,explore the effectiveness and shortcomings of its construction,and analyze the reasons.Finally,based on the analysis of the internal guarantee system of the quality of master graduate in Q University,this thesis puts forward the improvement recommendations for the internal assurance system of the quality of master graduate education in local colleges and universities.
