| Every old man hopes to get a happy old age life,but how to improve the old man’s happiness and how to guarantee their old age life are the problems that need to be solved urgently in our country.Based on the reality of aging population,we can use the way of family pension to promote the level of subjective well-being of the elderly in China.Focusing on how children’s intergenerational support affects the subjective well-being of the elderly,this paper uses the 2015 China Health and retirement longitudinal survey on the basis of combing and studying relevant literature at home and abroad First of all,we make descriptive statistics on the children’s intergenerational support and the elderly’s subjective well-being,fully understand its development status,including the basic characteristics of the elderly,the measurement of subjective wellbeing,and from the perspective of children’s intergenerational support,we use OLS model in three aspects: economic support,emotional communication,and life care Regression analysis with Ologit model.The results show that the subjective well-being of the elderly in China is at a high level,and the intergenerational support provided by children has a significant impact on it.Secondly,comparing the elderly in rural areas and urban areas,the study found that there are obvious differences between urban and rural areas in the impact of children on the subjective well-being of the elderly,and the rural elderly subjective well-being is more vulnerable to the impact of children’s intergenerational support.Finally,according to the research results of children’s intergenerational support on the subjective well-being of the elderly,this paper analyzes the corresponding measures to promote the overall subjective well-being of the elderly while ensuring the family pension,so as to meet the pension needs of the elderly in the reality of population aging. |
