| Research on the dynamic mechanism of community education is one of the important issues to be urgently addressed in non-formal education.Only by clarifying the development and operation laws of the community education dynamic mechanism and analyzing the connection and promotion mechanism of various elements in the community can we further develop community education to serve the society.Community education,as an important development area in non-formal education,has received much attention from various fields at home and abroad.Especially in rural areas,community education has become a powerful starting point for poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies.M community,as a minority rural community in Yunnan Province Realize community-based poverty alleviation through community education,promote rural industry revitalization,rural talent revitalization,rural cultural revitalization,rural ecological revitalization,and rural organization revitalization.Through the study of the M community education motive mechanism,we hope to complete our ethnic minorities.Poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation in rural communities,and rural infrastructure development.First of all,the author finds that the current research status in the field of community education research at home and abroad is widely studied in the fields of community development,model,innovation,urban and rural,etc.,but the research on the dynamic mechanism of community education is lacking.Reading related literature found that there are not many researches on community dynamics mechanism,and there is no related research to use grounded theory to analyze the operational mechanism and model analysis of community dynamics.Therefore,it is decided to base on Marxist theory of needs and the theory of lifelong education.The M community in the Blang ethnic village of Yunnan Province was selected as the main research area to study the dynamic mechanism.Secondly,the interview method and observation method are used in the selection of research methods,and the current situation of M community learning center leaders,students,grass-roots organizations,and external aid organizations is researched by combining observation and interview research methods.At the same time,the original data such as observation interviews were coded,classified,and generic keywords were extracted through the generic analysis of grounded theory.The genericcategories were divided,and the main sources of motivation of the M community were ethnic responsibility,mission heritage,policy orientation,crisis awareness,Eleven motivational orientations of external promotion,cultural motivation,leader worship,interest orientation,moral education motivation,policy orientation,and social organization needs to complete the cycle of community education motivation mechanism.Finally,by analyzing the current situation and practical research of the M community education motivation mechanism,the problems and causes of the current M community education motivation mechanism are analyzed.The problems are summarized as follows: regardless of the audience,the number of community activities is relatively small;Not high;single power,weak community and Shenzhen life;no one inherits,ethnic culture faces watershed.And based on the needs of residents,create good community education courses;give play to the characteristics of the community and open channels of assistance at home and abroad;integrate community education resources to form a virtuous circle mechanism;unite the strength of the community residents,the fire of the stars can be thought of in several aspects With suggestions. |
