By combing the research status at home and abroad,and by means of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,First of all,it clarifies the present situation of tour guide curriculum in Yantai Tourism School.The first is that the center of curriculum arrangement is to obtain the certificate of qualification of tour guide,the other is to arrange the course according to teachers' resources and school conditions,and the third is to have great autonomy in the course arrangement.Then we find out the main problems in the curriculum of tour guide specialty: First,the blindness and arbitrariness in the course of curriculum setting;Second,the blindness and arbitrariness in the course of curriculum setting;Third,the curriculum is out of line with the market demand;Fourth,there are few comprehensive and practical courses.Fifth,the curriculum is lack of depth and breadth.In view of these problems,the reasons for their formation are mainly discussed in four aspects: First,our professional positioning is not accurate,leading to unclear training direction;Second,the traditional teaching content is aging without the development of comprehensive courses.Third,there is too little time for practical teaching,and there is no practical training courses such as simulated group training.Finally,there is a lack of double-qualified teachers,and teachers cannot be guaranteed.The training facilities are not perfect,and the guarantee system is not sound.For these problems to solve,Yantai Tourism School has made some beneficial attempt: one is to redefine cultivation objectives and specifications,the second is to build a new curriculum structure framework,third it is to pay attention to the training comprehensive ability and professional ethics,the fourth is to strengthen the teaching team,fifth is standard professional course teaching and field work,sixth is to bring into the construction of standardization training rooms.On the basis of various strategies of Yantai Tourism School,the author puts forward solutions from four aspects from a macro perspective:first,to build a reasonable course structure and course content,including adjusting the unreasonable course structure;Cultural course teaching attention to reflect professional characteristics.Secondly,the curriculum content and setting of tourism major should be infused with cultural atmosphere,that is,curriculum reform should be closely combined with local culture.Curriculum reform should be combined with local culture.Curriculum reform is closely combined with personal expertise.The third is to strengthen the practical course setting and teaching of tour guide,lay stress on building students' professional quality through indoor simulation,exercise students' professional quality through "campus simulation",and improve students' professional quality through "off-campus training".The fourth is to develop the characteristic school-based curriculum.Adhere to the fundamental principle of educating the students,embody the principle of advanced nature,stress the principle of practice and adopt the principle of flexibility.
