Compared with other sports,hurdles can improve all aspects of a person’s physical skills.It requires higher physical coordination,a stronger sense of rhythm,and the design of multiple body technical operations.Therefore,the implementation of hurdles in colleges and universities in strict accordance with relevant standards can effectively train students’ physical coordination and flexibility,and can also promote the improvement of students’ jumping skills.On the one hand,the students’ physical functions are exercised,and on the other hand,the implementation of this sports program promotes students to exercise their strong will and fighting spirit.The traditional teaching mode has played a great role in promoting the development of hurdle sports education.The full development of modern information technology and various media technologies has provided good material conditions for more high-quality physical education.The article comprehensively uses various analysis methods to make a comparative study on the application effects of modern information technology in physical education.The comprehensive methods include literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire distribution,statistical analysis method,etc.The specific realization group is two freshman students from Yunnan University;In order to make the research more accurate,a full semester of experimental research and analysis was carried out on these two classes.The first control class used traditional ordinary teaching methods to teach track and field hurdles,and the second experimental class comprehensive practice in the context of "Internet +".Through the comparison of relevant data,determine the best teaching mode to promote students to improve technology,and then promote all students to form a correct understanding of hurdles,and love the activity more.The experimental conclusions are as follows:(1)The "Internet +" comprehensive practice method can provide students with more innovative teaching modes,promote students to effectively master related technical specifications,and related actions are more standard.This method has overall advantages over traditional teaching methods in improving teaching effectiveness.(2)The traditional method is not as effective in improving students’ technical skills as the "Internet +" comprehensive exercise method,which can help students master more quickly.And it can obviously promote the relationship between the teacher group and the student group,which is conducive to enhancing the emotional and knowledge exchange between the two.In addition,not only the content in the classroom is diverse,but also can urge students to exercise and improve in the spare time,so that the spare time can be fully utilized.(3)Through comparative experiments,it is found that students have shown greater initiative and enthusiasm in learning with the comprehensive practice method under the "Internet +" background brought by modern information technology.That is to say,students have a stronger interest in learning activities than before,which in turn helps students to have full self-confidence in the study of all disciplines,and converts this interest or self-confidence into a habit of daily learning.
