Higher vocational education is a core part of our educational system,students and enterprises to enter the post practice activity is the core point of cooperation between the higher vocational colleges post practice project management is a very important topic.Based on the management practice of students' internship in Jiangxi College of Foreign Studies(W Career Academy),this paper makes a useful exploration of the framework and model of the internship project management in Vocational colleges.Because there are many problems in the internship management of higher vocational colleges,there has not really been a complete,standardized,practical and operable management model in management.Therefore,on the basis of the 2016 management practice of the occupation college students internship,in-depth analysis of the Vocational College Students' practice in the management of problems and solutions,to build a new management mode of the Occupation College internship application framework project,which in the student management,practical,scientific and effective.The author participated in the research of W Career Academy 2016 internship project,and is responsible for the project management work,and internship base enterprises completed this project,from the practice of planned and systematic collection of object reality data,such as questionnaires and interviews,to find problems,use the the process of project management knowledge of post occupation college students practice the implementation of a project case,detailed analysis of the factors influencing the management of post occupation college students internship,establish internship project management model and the occupation college students internship specific measures of project management and implementation measures.The innovation of this paper lies in the introduction of project management to the school internship process management,from the theoretical and practical work to build up the project management mode of internship occupation college students,the initial formation of the effective mechanism of internship project management.An in-depth study of the project management to realize the management of post practice,and through practice to summarize and revise and improve the research results,the theory and specific case studies for the occupation colleges post practice management paradigm,build the basic framework and ideas,forming a set of Occupation College internship project management operation management system.
