Five departments in the Ministry of Education in 2016,no.3 about print and distribute "vocational school internship management regulations",points out that full implementation of full-time education of secondary vocational school(hereinafter referred to as "secondary")in accordance with the requirements for professional training goal and talent training plan arrangement,arranged by vocational schools or approved by the vocational school to enterprise itself(matter)industry and other units(hereinafter referred to as the internship units)on professional skill training of practical education teaching activity,mainly includes cognitive practice,with post practice and field work,etc.Three forms.These three links should be linked and proceed step by step.However,the current secondary vocational school hotel professional practice teaching system of the enterprise design widespread cognition practice link is missing,alienation with work practice,especially the outstanding problems such as insufficient education attention,lead to hotel enterprise specialized practice teaching link failed to help the students set up career love and sense of belonging,makes the hotel a lack of employment.After taking part in the practice teaching of enterprises,especially after the internship,the student turnover rate is high,which has a negative impact on the professional development,the enrollment scale drops,and the efficiency of running schools is impaired.This paper was to study and participatory observation and other research methods,first through relevant literature review and secondary vocational hotel enterprise specialized practice teaching status quo survey and participatory observation,draw lessons from previous related theory,puts forward the hotel professional practice teaching of "three sections of progressive,university-enterprise produced" collaborative education model,and with GY technician institute of guangxi hotel service professional enterprise practice teaching as an example for empirical research.This paper is divided into six aspects.The first part,elaborated the research background,the significance,the domestic research review;The second part defines the relevant concepts,expounds the research content,method and path,and introduces the four theories related to the research.The third part,through the focus group interview,obtains the present situation of the vocational hotel professional enterprise practice teaching,and proposes the enterprise practice teaching model conception;The fourth part,taking the enterprise practice teaching of Guangxi GY Technician College as an empirical study,firstly introduces the general situation of the school’s hotel specialty running,and then analyzes the existing problems and causes.The fifth part,based on the humanistic management theory,puts forward the practice teaching optimization strategy of vocational hotel professional enterprises;The sixth part,the research conclusion and the insufficiency,summarizes my research content and the achievement,and puts forward the insufficiency in the research.Through the questionnaire survey and interview with the school teaching department directors,professional department teachers,enterprise HR,etc.,this paper analyzes the common problems and their causes in the practice teaching of vocational hotels in enterprises.This paper holds that the main reasons for the existing problems in the practice teaching of vocational hotel enterprises lie in the school and the hotel,namely,the organization and management of practice teaching at the school level is more casual,the pre-education guidance is insufficient,the teaching system is not perfect,and the guidance and management efficiency is insufficient.The lack of targeted management,lack of human care and lack of school-enterprise co-education system at the hotel level.This paper puts forward some Suggestions on the optimization of practical teaching in secondary vocational schools: first,education orientation,and "three stages" of practical teaching in hotel specialty.Second,school-enterprise collaboration,strengthen enterprise practice teaching process management.The school and the enterprise should strengthen the students’ vocational cognition education,improve the process management and practice guidance,and further strengthen the construction of the cooperative education mechanism.Third,policy incentives to promote the construction of a tripartite linkage mechanism between schools,enterprises and government.Protection enterprises set up a corresponding system and practice teaching smoothly,the government should transform function better,from a focus on "run" vocational education to the transformation of the management and service,perfect the incentive mechanism of university-enterprise cooperation and policy supply,strengthen the enterprise responsible for vocational education social environment,promote the construction of vocational colleges and industry enterprise development community.The main innovation points of this paper: First,the author conducted a questionnaire survey on both sides of the school and the enterprise,collected a large number of data,consulted a large number of literatures,and tried to combine their own professional teaching and management experience to put forward corresponding optimization strategies for the current practice teaching problems in vocational hotel professional enterprises.Second,it puts forward the concept of "three stages of progressive,school-enterprise co-education" enterprise practice teaching mode,and takes the author’s school as an example for research.But because of limited time and energy research,collecting data and not the face of the widely through the literature,some problems have not been in-depth study,in the study of the enterprises practice teaching the women still exist deficiencies,the way of the university-enterprise collaboration produced by the future research will be further discussed,improve the teaching quality of secondary vocational hotel professional enterprise practice,so as to improve the quality of personnel training.
